As an Italian living in the U.S., I can say this place is truly special. The food is outstanding, made with top-quality ingredients, many imported directly from Italy. Chef Daniele, originally from Sardinia, perfectly combines authentic Italian flavors with Sardinian touches.
The octopus was tender inside and crispy outside — simply amazing — and the suckling pig was cooked to perfection, soft and full of flavor. Great atmosphere and excellent service. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Excellent service and delicious, food. We enjoyed the goat cheese salad and grilled octopus as our starters and both were wonderful. The octopus was very tender and highly recommended. We followed with two pasta dishes, including the seafood pasta special of the day. Copious amounts of fresh seafood, including half of a lobster that was a large serving and will be a full lunch tomorrow. The lamb Ragu pasta was excellent as well. Great food, service, and atmosphere! We look forward to our next visit.

Food was utterly awful! I ordered steak. Hands down, it was the worst steak I've ever had. Tough as old boots. Broccolini boiled to death. Service was ok, although it felt a little bit forced and fake at times. In short, I would not return if my meal was going to be free!

I was at Northwestern Hospital, looking for a restaurant to eat late lunch/ early dinner. I found Nora Restauran & bar accross the street. I ordered the Salmon dinner, a small salad and a side of bread. This Salmon was with out a doubt the best I have ever eaten. I ate the entire dish. and I never eat that much food at one sitting. The salad was good but the bread came without butter but a purple/black side for me to put on the bread. Well that was also delicious. I cant wait to return for another meal. Bon Appeiti

Visiting Chicago and stumbled upon Nora while looking for dinner. Service was fast and the staff were attentive. The server was able to quickly address my needs and offered me an off the menu seafood linguine option adorned with half a mini lobster on top. It was beyond delicious. I also really love the bread and olive dip that was served complimentary while waiting for my food. Wish I’d taken a photo before devouring almost the entire meal!
Definitely recommended for anyone who loves a good chef made meal with great service. The ambience is also date night and after work friendly.

Amazing experience! The octopus appetizer was perfectly cooked, and the mushroom risotto with a glass of white wine was outstanding. Great service, excellent food, and very fair prices. Highly recommended in Chicago!
