Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

I am visiting from the DMV area. I was doing some shopping and decided to give the Ebar a go! I’m so happy that I did. The most beautiful soul, William, greeted me, gave feedback/suggestions, and just overall had phenomenal customer service. His spirit is bright! I wanted to chat more but the line was forming long behind me. Keep him! Give him a raise! He is someone special. I ordered the brown sugar maple latte w/oat milk. It was delicious! I’ll likely go back tomorrow! Thank you, William!

Instead of coffee with milk I got milk with coffee and it was extremely hot.

There is very good coffee here. The staff was very friendly and it was much quicker than at the other big coffee chain starting with S ?. The price was fair and the coffee was good. If you need a good coffee after shopping, this is the place for you.

I have started this review of Nordstrom's Cafe several times only to find that there are not enough or the right words to describe what an extraordinary experience it is to dine at the Cafe. Beginning with the person taking our order to our server. My friend and I go for a long lunch at least once a month and find the service and food to be consistently exceptional. The staff is always friendly yet professional. They are delightful, engaging, extremely attentive and very patient. I can't praise the staff enough, most recently, Ida, for making us feel like family. In the past, Ian, Jack, Lorenzo Joe and Pria have also provided us with exemplary service. I'm sure staff members John, Josh, Jeremiah, Lineah and Phil also contribute to this extra level of great service. Thank you, Nordstrom's for hiring such an outstanding group of employees. It shouldn’t take 15min to make 2x lattes when there is no one else in line. Waste of time.

Really tasty Golden Chai Latte and Bacon and Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Service is fast and friendly. Lots of places to sit and relax.

Came in mid afternoon after errands on Michigan Ave, ordered salmon Niçoise salad. The salmon was so dry and tasted like it had been reheated several time, same for potatoes. Dressing was very good, greens were good. , green beans were dreadful. Loved the capers. Everyone working was very kind and attentive, I don’t think they have a clue what is going on with the food. What happened to this restaurant? Not a fan of the walk in and order at the register process but that’s just me. A little disappointed.

Good coffee. But take the posted hours with a grain of salt, they're never actually open at 8

The ice storm was elite.If you’re looking for a place where to relax and read some novels or whatever, this Notdstorm Ebar would be the best. They have the best ice storms available and even some fresh baked goods as well. The ambiance of this shop was so relaxing, and the staffs are highly capable. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. Well done, guys! Keep making great coffee and pastries!Unquestionably, the best coffee shop in the area! I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good coffee just in time. The atmosphere inside this coffee shop was very vibrant and relaxing. I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provided. Truly amazing! Thank you so much, guys!This Nordstorm Ebar is very different and well organized according to other places. The food is amazing, music of your choice. The owner is very sweet… Ever the best café. The cost is fair for everything and the atmosphere is good.
