The older guy at the counter goes from welcoming and friendly to openly rude and disdainful in a split second once he realizes you're there for pick up and didn't tip... even though you walked there yourself and they didn't even need to ring you up since you paid online. If my $13 for your sandwich is that much of a hassle to you, so be it, I won't be returning. Take your money elsewhere to Bar on Buena or Chicago Pickle Eatery

THE best chocolate chip cookie in Chicago! And I say that not as an opinion but a fact. And their sandwiches are pretty darn good too. My go to is the turkey reuben with added giardiniera but I've tried others and they are all good. We mainly order delivery which is always timely and correct. But it's a fun place to visit. Lots of interesting items and snacks on the shelves. Again.... best cookie in town.

Luscious sandwiches and sides! Many deli sandwiches to choose from they’re glad to customize. And a gigantic selection of wines and liquors. They also have olive oils olives boutique breads and other things to purchase. I suspect a Greek must be involved because they carry (last I was there) Greek made olive oils. Nice folks behind the counter!
We ordered a bunch of sandwiches for a kid’s birthday party, and they were delicious! The meat/cheese ratio was perfect, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and quick with our order. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!

Perfect spot for an excellent sandwich lunch. I had the Tuscan veggie, and my son and his girlfriend had the veggie and caprese and they were all top notch. Excellent bread, veggies, cheese and sauces. Everything was fresh and delicious!
