Best Snickerdoodle cookies I ever had
The softest and most delicious snickerdoodle I’ve ever had!! The cutest and sweetest older woman served me and she recommended I try the gluten free vegan chocolate chip! And she was right it did not disappoint! It was crumbly and soft! I’d shop here over crumble everytime.

Johnathon is truly committed to his craft and his bakery. My pregnant wife and I are celebrating Valentine’s Day and he hand delivered our fresh Valentine’s Cookie Cake so that it wouldn’t be late and threw in a few extra treats. We are happy to have Not Just Cookies Bakery operating in the Humboldt Park neighborhood with easy online ordering. NJC easily has the best cookies in the Chicago area. They come to the Daley Plaza farmer’s market in downtown Chicago every Thursday and during the winter they are sometimes in the pedway. Their butter cookies sell out before noon every week, which should tell you how good they are. My favorite are the peanut butter and the m&m.

I love their peach cobbler and sweet potato pie. I have to get one whenever they are at the farmers market downtown on Thursdays. Great stuff ❤️
