Nothing Bundt Cakes

We’re often quick to write a bad review, so I wanted to make sure today didn’t go unnoticed. I stopped in today ( 3/16th) for a simple birthday treat, and the gentleman who I believe was the MOD went above and beyond to make the moment feel special. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his kindness and genuine warmth truly stood out.
Thank you for turning my simple birthday stop into such a memorable moment. Your kindness meant more than you probably realize — I’m so grateful and will definitely be back!

This place is super cute! I went there yesterday for my birthday and tried the Dubai chocolate and the banana cream. Both were extremely fresh and delicious. The banana cream was my favorite!! The staff there were super sweet, attentive and very welcoming. They truly made my birthday feel even more special. THANK YOU X2 !!! ;)

The customer service is so fantastic here! They helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure someone was celebrated on their birthday. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! I will be back:)

I ordered a cake to pickup for my friends birthday but was running late and wasn’t sure if I’d make it. Tandrell was awesome and stayed a couple minutes later to help me out so I could pick the cake up on time. he was awesome and their ordering experience online was really easy to use as well. I am a big fan of their mini Bundt cakes but we like the large one for a celebration as well!

The two front of house employees had awesome customer service! I tried to redeem an old promotion, but they no longer accepted it. To compromise with me(which I didn’t ask for), they offered me a freebie. They didn’t have to, but they did!

I ordered a 2 Bundt cakes for delivery for my husband's birthday. Only one showed up. When I called they said they could send another out right away but we were leaving for dinner. So they said they could refund me. Never got the refund. I would use a different location.

I had such a great experience with Brooklyn! My original delivery was accidentally left at the wrong door, and their team immediately stepped in to help. Brooklyn was so kind and responsive — they sent out a whole new order right away to make sure my recipient got their treats on time. (And when the first order was eventually found, they even told us to keep the second set!) Excellent customer service and delicious cakes — I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Absolutely love this place! The cakes here are always incredibly moist, rich, and delicious every single time. The variety of flavors is amazing — and somehow they’re all great, which makes choosing nearly impossible! The cream cheese frosting is heavenly and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet.

The staff is always kind and welcoming, and they make every visit feel special whether you're picking up a quick treat or ordering for a celebration. They package everything beautifully, and the cakes make the perfect gift or party centerpiece.
