I literally just left the store and the cakes never disappoint. I visit this location often but I've never had the displeasure of dealing with Arianna. I never received a greeting, no receipt, the only thing she managed to say was the "lemon cakes were coming from the back and we don't have utensils". The usual stickers were put on the bags but she didn't close the bags nor say thank you. I've never been treated this way on previous visits at this location. I even pointed out that I thought she was being rude and she simply walked away. Maybe she should work in the back because customer service is not her thing. Do better!

Its Christmas Eve and instead of enjoying the day with my family and friends I am writing this review from a jewel Osco check-out line. I ordered 24 cupcakes today at 9:30am to be delivered to my house today, and I was assured I would be getting them this afternoon. It's currently 6:31pm and I have not heard from the delivery guy Anthony who was assigned to drop off my order. I have called and texted both the store and delivery guy with no reply. It's our first time hosting family and Friends and it's an absolute disaster!! I have had to drop everything and run to the store to buy any cake I can get my hands on. This place is the Grinch!!!! They have ruined our Christmas!!!

I had the best experience yesterday at this Nothin Bundt Cakes location. I have visited other locations but this one is by far the friendliest of all ! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well - nice surprise- and the managers of both this location and one in Florida. All lovely folks. Obviously the cakes are phenomenal and I always get these as gifts for pretty much everyone. From my dog’s vet to my best friends. Yesterday I was helped by Esther. She was absolutely lovely ! So friendly and engaging. It’s clear she loves her job and it sure feels great to be helped by someone who loves what they do. Thank you Esther ! And thank you everyone at the Clybourn location. Extra thank you for the doggo treats ! ??

Sunday hours shows closes at 4pm, pickup hours are 3:30, I arrived at 3:40 to buy a cake and was told the carrot cake wasn't available because they do not frost after 3:30; WHAT!!! just say you really close at 3:30 on the website, just terrible, I drove more than 35 minutes to return without a cake.

Marvelous customer service! My event ended up moving two days so I called and asked if I could move my order to have fresh Bundt on the day of the event and they moved my order for me.I would’ve completely understood if they couldn’t move it (since the bundtinis were already made) but they were so nice and accommodating.On top of the excellent client service, the bundtinis were delicious and a hit at the party. Will definitely go back. Thanks for everything!

TREMENDOUS CAKES !!! ? MOIST AND TASTY. FROSTING IS THICK AND NOT TOO SWEET. IF YOU PAY EXTRA THE DECORATION ARE SIMPLE BUT CLASSY. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY DO HAVE DELIVERY WITH UBER EATS BUT CAKES AINT PIZZA I PICKED IT UP. REALLY LOVED THE BIRTHDAY CAKE FLAVOR WITH SPRINKLES MELTED IN SIDE...FREE PARKING IN FRONT MONDAY IS SLOW DAY.
The young lady was so sweet and kind place is very clean…. The deserts here are amazing very good …… my favorite is buying the 12 cupcakes different flavors chocolate, red velvet, lemon, and cranberry you will not be disappointed…. The big cakes are very good too…….. recommend this place…..

They simply never disappoint. They always get our order correct. These guys are, our go to for birthdays and events especially for work! Get the mini bundtlets obviously! Their decor is super cute too! We had a pompom on our little Bundts last time! The cream cheese frosting NEVER disappoints. We always get the assorted mini bundtlets so everyone has something to choose from.

Bought a Bundt cake from Black Womens Expo....the red velvet...man when I tell you that cake was scrumptious and moist....I cut it in 4's ...ooooh weee I had to find out their locations...that is some really good cake..not really a cake person but oh yeh...they definitely have my business
