Nuki Sushi serves some of the best sushi in Chicago. It's totally fresh, offers an amazingly large and original selection of sushi, sashimi, maki and other dishes. If that weren't enough, the service is superb, prices are incredibly reasonable, and it's BYOB. It is a real gem.

And its BYOB and green grocer is right next door, which makes it easy to grab a bottle of wine. The place is smaller than expected but great for hangouts and dates. There was only one serve the night I went how was attentive, friendly and amazing with having to service so many tables. I'd recommend this place as a great sushi spot with amazing food.

Got a few rolls to go and everything was delicious. Everyone we ordered had salmon and the salmon was delicious. Generous pieces and super fresh tasting. Service was quick and the prices are quite good. Will be ordering again soon

The spicy lettuce wrap and yellowtail scallion roll are fine.The problem is that the restaurant does not accurately describe some items and charges extra for it. For example, spicy miso soup tastes exactly like normal miso and is extra. Also the sweet shrimp (amaebi) is not true sweet shrimp. Amaebi is usually a specific type of shrimp and prepared raw. Their version is just cooked shrimp. Seems misleading to list it as sweet shrimp and preparing not as expected.
