Anything. Fatal and expensive! Terrible attention, each one with the longest face. The coffee... good... bitter water. Evil!!!

I asked part of food to go and part for dine in. They missed my drink, put all of the rest to go. The waitress argued with me till I showed that my receipt had a drink. Refused to give me proper cutlery and after much haggling conceded to give me a steel spoon. Absolutely terrible service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Also, the seating arrangement is crowded and people kept bumping into me when I was seated. The food is overpriced, I knew that going in, but there's nothing about the atmosphere or service to justify it. And, if you do actually get takeout, be sure to check that they have given you everything because they will argue even when they are not handing you everything and you are showing them the receipt.

The food is very nice and delicious, but it cannot be that in such a large restaurant there is only one bathroom, when the capacity of the place is more than 100 people

This place is usually crowded and I would say it's highly overrated, the hot chocolate I ordered was not worth the money. I really loved their Nutella biscuits and gelato.

Expensive, but if you love Nutella, worth the trip. The crepe was a bit chewy, and the iced mocha heavy on the mocha and non-existent Nutella flavor. The gelato flavor was incredibly creamy and delicious. If you don't have access to a good crepery, then the 30 minute wait to get inside is worth the experience
Wheelchair accessibility: There's an elevator available to get someone into the restaurant. Bathrooms are large and highly accessible

So overall experience was great - I’d go back if I want any Nutella souvenirs for friends and family. And I’d go back for the crepe. But I’d probably tell them to go easy on the Nutella. It was too chocolatey for us.
Their biscuits are amazing though! Highly recommend that!
The Nutella hot chocolate though was horrible. And apparently their mochas are also tasteless after speaking to a lady who was sat next to us! So I probably wouldn’t get a drink there again.
