Many people waiting to taste the delicious crepe/waffles. I ate for the first time the banana chocolate bread and it was my favorite from now. 10/10

Great food and a very helpful staff, especially considering the long line and impatient tourists.

Came in to get the personalised jars with the names. Usually it wasn’t a problem not to wait in the line since I do not dine in. Always worked that way. But this time one of the employees said with strong attitude I had to wait in line. Waiting for an hour to get the jars - waste of time. Was my last time with this store.

I recently visited Nutella Cafe Chicago and have to say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Located right on Michigan Ave, the café has an instantly inviting atmosphere—bright, modern and full of charm.
From the moment I walked in, the team behind the counter greeted us with warm and friendly service. They were patient in explaining the menu and made helpful suggestions based on what we were in the mood for. Even though the place was busy (it’s in a prime downtown spot, after all), the staff kept things moving smoothly.
As for the food – absolutely delicious. We ordered a crepe drizzled generously with Nutella and fresh berries, and the flavor balance was just right: rich, chocolaty hazelnut meets gentle freshness from fruit. Others in our party loved the waffles and the specialty Nutella-infused coffee drinks. The Nutella latte (or whatever the hazelnut-chocolate twist was) stood out — bold flavor, smooth finish

This was disappointing. Food and drinks were very mediocre and overpriced. It wasn't worth visiting.

Coffee was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was a nice novelty though.
