Nice novelty cafe. Serves pancakes, crepes, waffles, and various other Nutella-themed snacks. Pancakes were nice but would have been better with a choice of syrup. Unfortunately, they offer no syrups at all, which feels bizarre. We went early on a weekday and had no trouble finding a table but later in the day there are always queues outside.

Yum Yum Yum. We have always want to stop here and were finally able to fit it in our schedule. Super cute you can make your own custom NUTEL with your name on it and it is super awesome it is cost worthy and not out of the pocket outrageous to make it affordable to get one as a souvenir.

Super slow, everything was cold, “0” customer service, all the manager said was “ sorry “ .

I would give this place every possible chance. I don’t know what might have gone wrong for others, but our experience was excellent. Even my wife — who normally doesn’t eat chocolate — tried it here and was absolutely delighted. The atmosphere is lively, the service was kind, and the flavors were everything you’d hope for from a place devoted to Nutella. Truly worth the visit.

Many people waiting to taste the delicious crepe/waffles. I ate for the first time the banana chocolate bread and it was my favorite from now. 10/10

Great food and a very helpful staff, especially considering the long line and impatient tourists.

We loved it!! Fast friendly service & everything we ate was delicious! Got each of the kids their own personalized Nutella jar, makes for a good souvenir.

Came in to get the personalised jars with the names. Usually it wasn’t a problem not to wait in the line since I do not dine in. Always worked that way. But this time one of the employees said with strong attitude I had to wait in line. Waiting for an hour to get the jars - waste of time. Was my last time with this store.

I recently visited Nutella Cafe Chicago and have to say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Located right on Michigan Ave, the café has an instantly inviting atmosphere—bright, modern and full of charm.

From the moment I walked in, the team behind the counter greeted us with warm and friendly service. They were patient in explaining the menu and made helpful suggestions based on what we were in the mood for. Even though the place was busy (it’s in a prime downtown spot, after all), the staff kept things moving smoothly.

As for the food – absolutely delicious. We ordered a crepe drizzled generously with Nutella and fresh berries, and the flavor balance was just right: rich, chocolaty hazelnut meets gentle freshness from fruit. Others in our party loved the waffles and the specialty Nutella-infused coffee drinks. The Nutella latte (or whatever the hazelnut-chocolate twist was) stood out — bold flavor, smooth finish
