Expensive, but if you love Nutella, worth the trip. The crepe was a bit chewy, and the iced mocha heavy on the mocha and non-existent Nutella flavor. The gelato flavor was incredibly creamy and delicious. If you don't have access to a good crepery, then the 30 minute wait to get inside is worth the experience

Wheelchair accessibility: There's an elevator available to get someone into the restaurant. Bathrooms are large and highly accessible
So overall experience was great - I’d go back if I want any Nutella souvenirs for friends and family. And I’d go back for the crepe. But I’d probably tell them to go easy on the Nutella. It was too chocolatey for us.

Their biscuits are amazing though! Highly recommend that!

The Nutella hot chocolate though was horrible. And apparently their mochas are also tasteless after speaking to a lady who was sat next to us! So I probably wouldn’t...
Worth making the long line to check out. Even in the dreaded winter! It gets really slammed and finding a place to sit can be challenging. Can’t go wrong with Nutella everything! :)
