The popcorn vending machine at O'Hare was broken when I tried to purchase a bag on Oct. 10. I tried twice ($6 each time). I found a phone number in a hard-to-find spot on the machine, and called. The owner answered and was very accommodating and promised to refund my $12. It's now Nov. 4 and after texting back and forth a bunch of times, still no refund. He said there was problem with the merchant account or something, Well, that;'s not (or should not be) my problem. He could have tried to Venmo or Zelle 12 bucks, but he quickly forgot about me. I didn't forget about him, though, hence this review. I spent $100 of my time trying to get this corrected and finally disputed with my credit card company. Traveling at O'Hare is torture enough without vendors not doing what they say they will do.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a popcorn shop right in the middle of the airport—it felt like stepping into a movie theater! The aroma of freshly popped popcorn filled the air, creating a unique atmosphere. I found myself torn between wanting to relax and catch a movie or rushing to catch my flight. We saw a Nuts on Clark vending machine in O’Hare terminal 3 L, advertised fresh made, so we bought a bag, this was so stale that we tossed it on the trash, nuts on Clark you have ruined your brand, would never by again

O'hare sirport dispencer near Gate K. After spending $11 for what I thought would be a delicious popcorn experience...imagine my shock at getting a stale bag of the Chicago Mix. I LITERRALY chewed it like gum it was soooo stale. Had to throw $11 in the garbage! This brand of popcorn is a scam. Stick w/Garrett's you won't be disappointed.

I bought two bags of popcorn, one butter, chicago mix. This is out of the vending machine. We each got less than 1/2 bag and it was stale. Do not recommend

The special deal of a free popcorn with a coffee caught my eye. great deal - $5 coffee and popcorn were ok - nothing too exciting

My wife and I have enjoyed your popcorn in Chicago in the past. We just paid $6 for popcorn from your machine in O'Hare terminal 3, by gate L20. I'm afraid it was awfully stale, nowhere near your standards. Perhaps we are the stupid ones for buying popcorn that has been sitting for who knows how long. We would appreciate a refund in any case. Unfortunately, your website's feedback function only leads to a 404 missing page, so I'm forced to place my comment and request here.

Nuts On Clark is great so can't give a 1-star, but the customer service at this location deserves a zero, unfortunately. I was looking to order an item in the case, fresh Carmelcorn with Nuts, but the lady who was assisting me kept insisting that what I wanted was bagged, pointing, out on the shelf. I had to clarify myself a few times since what she was pointing at was only Carmelcorn, not with nuts. I'd walk further if I had time and if allowed.
