Hands down the best ever caramel corn
This time I’m not happy with my purchase. The popcorn is chewy despite label showing a Best Buy 2025Y/11M17D.
Don't be fool these are just regular normal pop corns on premium price.
$40 worth on cheese and caramel popcorn....stale. It's a bummer to see an iconic brand lose quality.
Used my last travel money and paid 11$ for 30 pieces of popcorn. :) A joy.
Great popcorn! Great service!
Stale, really disappointing. Maybe they should replace the popcorn at least once a week!
good popcorn with different favors, try oreo one
Customer service sucks. I used the vending machine at the airport, didn't give me anything. I called the company 4 times leaving a message about this, never returned my call. Trash. From the other reviews, quality isn't worth it anyway.
The cheese popcorn was a bit stale
Restaurantji Recommends
Very sweet lady at the counter at the H concourse, helped me with all my questions even though the place was busy. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for this good old Chicago Icon!
What a disappointment- they don’t make the Popcorn onsite anymore. Also, the people making a mixed bag of popcorn think that mix is the same as layered. It is not. Eh. Won’t be going anymore. This has been a stop every time I go to O’Hare for over 8 years.
This is a great snack shop. It’s got a good variety of popcorn and nuts and you get a free bag of popcorn with every purchase.
Helpful guy at the counter. Yummy popcorn
The popcorn vending machine at O'Hare was broken when I tried to purchase a bag on Oct. 10. I tried twice ($6 each time). I found a phone number in a hard-to-find spot on the machine, and called. The owner answered and was very accommodating and promised to refund my $12. It's now Nov. 4 and after texting back and forth a bunch of times, still no refund. He said there was problem with the merchant account or something, Well, that;'s not (or should not be) my problem. He could have tried to Venmo or Zelle 12 bucks, but he quickly forgot about me. I didn't forget about him, though, hence this review. I spent $100 of my time trying to get this corrected and finally disputed with my credit card company. Traveling at O'Hare is torture enough without vendors not doing what they say they will do.
