My mom went there to buy a cake on Saturday. She called on Monday because they were closed Sunday to say the cake was not good at all. The man she spoke to advised her to come early today on christmas eve to talk to the owner so that she could get a refund. She goes in today and the owner says we cant refund because my mom is LYING. First of all, talking to a client like that is not appropriate. We have been coming here for YEARS and not once have we asked for a refund. The quality of the cake was not worth the $50 it cost so thats why we called. Second of all, why didn't the man she spoke to on Monday specify to bring in the cake? My poor mother had to drive 30 mins to be called a liar. I used to love this place but would not recommend this place anymore.

Kupiliśmy dwa torty 11/3 . Oba nie świeże ( wiem były mrożone ) ciasto, orzechy do dekoracji , czekoladowe dekoracje, w smaku czuć stęchlizną. Był to mój ostatni zakup w tej cukierni . Zaznaczam , że to nie pierwszy raz się zdarzyło . Teraz miarka się przebrała .

This is the first time I ordered from this bakery., I was specifically looking for opera cake . I was excited to find out they made it. But when I get home, I tasted the cake and it tasted like old musty shoes, I also purchased a piece of tsunami cake it was dry. What a waste of money and gas.?☹️
