The food was to die for, large portions, delicious flavors. We will be returning!! This has been such a good way to start my Chicago experience. The customer service was also off the chain. Couldn't get enough of the guys here, so sweet and gave us their new smoothies to try!

A friend and I split the beef and lamb gyro platter for a satisfying lunch. The meat was flavorful and came with sides that made it feel generous. The pita on the side was warm and perfect for scooping up extra sauce. The staff were polite even when handling a steady stream of orders. The spot feels real, not flashy, and the food shows it.

New to Chicago and on the hunt for good middle eastern food in my area. I had a bogo deal through Uber/Postmates and decided to try out the Chicken Shawarma platter for pickup/takeout. I received a generous portion of rice, chicken, a small salad, hummus, and one pita per plate.
Overall, this is a good option close to me that seems nice for takeout over dine-in. Service here was excellent and the environment was clean. The food wasn’t my favorite - mostly paying for rice, chicken was good but dry, seasoning was very light - but the portions were generous. I personally wouldn’t dine here again unless I had a good deal for the price point and quality.

Ordered delivery on a Monday afternoon directly from the restaurant’s website (not DoorDash, etc). Food arrived nearly 2 hours after placing the order (30 minutes after the latest estimated arrival time in the delivery window). We ordered two chicken shawarma platters and a 6-falafel appetizer.
The falafel were bone dry, and quite tough. The accompanying sauce was tasty and helped some with the texture, but I felt like there wasn’t enough for 6 falafel. The portions of the shawarma & rice in the platter were quite generous, and the flavors were decent—even if the chicken was also a little dry. The portion of the “salad”, however was paltry; a few pieces of lettuce, tomato, and onion, probably less than a cup by volume total. The hummus that came with the platter was quite tasty, but the pita was tough and tasted processed, not fresh. Additionally, the platter comes with no sauce or dressing, and even a small (1.5 oz) side sauce requires a $1.50 upcharge.
Overall a disappointing experience even for delivery. Will likely be skipping this restaurant in future.

Asif was unbelievable. He made our routine meal a phenomenal experience. He had the spirit of someone who was having a good day at his job at 12:30am! Thank you to Asif, and I hope that he gets rewarded for his efforts!

I've been in F&B for 24 years! I ordered 2 gyros from here and when it arrived, it came with no tzaziki sauce. Which in my opinion, makes a gyro a tasty GYRO!? It would be like ordering a pizza and having to pay extra for pizza sauce. SO, I called the restaurant and the guy told me that their gyros Never come with ANY sauce. You have to order it extra $$$. Garbage!!! Now I'm sitting here with enough ingredients to make 4 gyros and no sauce. I'll never order from here again.
