When I have Off Color originally off the shelf I was not a fan. Not that it wasnt quality, just wasnt my thing, sours were a bit sharp and a little to acedic for me. Mousetrap / Off Color Brewing is undoubtedly one of the best places for a happy hour gathering in town! Their top-quality beer selections are second to none, offering a wide variety of unique and flavorful brews that cater to every palate. The highlight, however, is their signature Manhattan cocktail, which is hands down one of the best I've ever had.
