We were referred to Offset by a friend when we we talking about doing BBQ for our wedding. We were greeted immediately and sat with menu's. I had a martini and my fiance had an old fashioned, both were very well made. Since we wanted to see what Offset was all about we decided to do the Meet our Meat platter to get a good variety. We also chose the chili in addition to the coleslaw. When I tell you their smoked pulled Chicken is the best I've had, I am not lying. It was super moist and flavorful. The brisket was also amazing with a great flavor. The pulled pork and sausage were not our favorites, they seemed pretty dry which could have been a 1 off kinda thing, we'll give them another try! Coleslaw was good, pretty standard. The chili was really good, smokey and more "chili-esc" than just baked bbq beans. For dessert we had the brownie/banana ice cream skillet.......soooooo good!!!! Overall we really enjoyed Offset and will be catering the brisket and smoked chicken for our wedding!!
I love this restaurant. It’s one of those places that you just want to do well. They employ the most genuinely kind and warm people— you walk in & immediately feel welcome. And the food is SO GOOD. If you’re thinking of trying Offset for the first time, do yourself a favor and go try it out. There are a lot of great options on the menu…but be sure to order yourself some of the brisket chili. You’ll be so happy you did :)

Their ribs were so juicy and had plenty of high quality, tender meat. Every bite was full of flavor and just melted in my mouth. Plus, the staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better!

Food is fine. Some of their special sauces are amazing and go great with the ribs. The ribs were spicy and my wife and kid couldn't eat them since they don't like spicy food. The ribs were a bit dry for my taste, but my friends did like them. Also, I guess I'm definitely not a fan of brisket, I didn't like it. Service was good once we were seated. However, they got us waiting for 20 minutes for a table even when they had a space in the back full of empty tables.

Man, I don’t know why it took us so long to find Offset BBq!!!! Our meal was phenomenal!! The bbq sauce is awesome, the cuts of meat 🔥, the customer service is top notch!!! The owner checked in on us multiple times, let us check out his smoker, and really was hospitable with bomb BBQ!!! Highly recommend!!!! We can’t wait to come back.
Excellent, expertly done St. Louis style ribs. Slow-cooked to perfect tenderness, smoked to an impressive pink, coated in a savory bark, and lathered in a thoughtfully balanced sauce. The pitmaster obviously puts a lot of thought and effort into his craft. Offset is my new favorite BBQ spot on the Northwest side, earning my loyalty and my recommendation to friends and the public. Bravo!

Fantastic food, classic bbq restaurant aesthetic They use bratwursts for their bbq sausage vs kielbasa, which is a choice. But yeah, will definitely eat here again

The owner was so nice and accommodating. He and the staff were so helpful and more than willing to be a part of and help my finances family pull off a surprise proposal. They were amazing the food was amazing. The atmosphere was so perfect they pretty much gave us the entire back of the restaurant for the family to have a private moment. 10/10 and their hospitality will forever be unmatched in our books. I said Yes!
