We were referred to Offset by a friend when we we talking about doing BBQ for our wedding. We were greeted immediately and sat with menu's. I had a martini and my fiance had an old fashioned, both were very well made. Since we wanted to see what Offset was all about we decided to do the Meet our Meat platter to get a good variety. I love this restaurant. It’s one of those places that you just want to do well. They employ the most genuinely kind and warm people— you walk in & immediately feel welcome. And the food is SO GOOD.
If you’re thinking of trying Offset for the first time, do yourself a favor and go try it out. There are a lot of great options on the menu…but be sure to order yourself some of the brisket chili. You’ll be so happy you did :)

Their ribs were so juicy and had plenty of high quality, tender meat. Every bite was full of flavor and just melted in my mouth. Plus, the staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better!
