It was a sleepy foggy and cloudy Monday afternoon. My wife and I wandered around Navy Pier and decided to stop by here. There were no lines, no noise, only staff, half a dozen more guests beside us, and light background music. Very atmospheric view of grey skies and cold waters of Lake Michigan. Filet mignon was cooked and served very decently.

A very cool place to check out the skyline of the city for a visitor. Only gripe, I wish the menu had a few more entree choices.
the sunset view was amazing for sunset. the inside was so warm and the white bean dip is delicious i cannot say that enough

Sat at the bar for 10 minutes, got water, but never could get attention of the bartender. Don’t know if it’s because I was young or there are “too busy.”

It was my girlfriend' & I's 3-year anniversary, so we made the trip into Chicago to check out Offshore. We were blown away & are eager to go back! The views, the food, the vibe, and most importantly the service was incredible. Victor went above and beyond & was a true gentlemen who gave us some great recommendations & conversation. Ask for him if you ever find yourself at Offshore!
Had a wonderful afternoon enjoying a delicious meal with my beautiful wife. We both enjoyed the meal and atmosphere of the restaurant especially the view of beautiful navy pier, lake Michigan and downtown Chicago.
Fantastic breakfast with unbeatable views!
A relaxing morning vibe with fresh coffee, delicious pastries, and lakefront scenery that’s hard to beat. The staff were warm and attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a peaceful start to the day. Highly recommend for a scenic, satisfying breakfast in Chicago.

What a beautiful rooftop location. Would be a great place to have a private event or wedding. Prices are rather high but it is on Navy Pier so tourist area.

This restaurant has new management as of a few months ago, according to our server and our experience was excellent. We were thinking about the bad reviews and almost didn’t come, but I’m glad we gave them a chance.
We ordered the oysters, tuna crudo, tuna poke, and the 3 meat flatbread, everything was delicious! The service was terrific (Charles was very charming & attentive) and the ambiance is absolutely stunning. The bar lights up beautifully at night and you can’t get a better view of Lake Michigan.

Beautiful views. Beautiful sights. Absolutely terrible service. Don't forget the mandatory 18% gratuity no matter the party size. Just raise your food prices then. Our waitress was too busy at the end. Entertaining two tables. Waited over 15 minutes with empty drinks. Then sat an extra 15 to 20 minutes. Waiting for our bill with a child while we watched her talk and bullshit with a couple tables at the end. Not getting any service done. Just talking. It's pathetic when they add gratuity because it doesn't force the waiter or waitress to actually hustle and care about their customers.

My wife and I went for dinner in late October, the weather was moderate, and the food was exceptional. Very good service, and the atmosphere was romantic, very little crowd in October! Pleased with the service and the value for money. Highly recommended.
Beautiful views of the lake. All enclosed atrium or you can eat outside. Food was good.

No me gustó la comida, las vistas tampoco son tan espectaculares. Lo único nos atendió una hombre muy amable. El resto no vale la pena. Capaz en verano.
