MY HUSBAND AND I VISITED OFFSHORE ROOFTOP FOR THE FIRST TIME YESTERDAY 10/21/24 AND WE EXPERIENCED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VINCENT. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. GREETED US WITH A GREAT SMILE.
Quite a bit walk to the restaurant but it was worth it. Beautiful view by the lake! Had a reservation and was seated pretty quickly. Food and drinks were delicious and didn’t take long to get serve. Definitely a place to check out if you’re in Chicago.
Please be aware that they tack on a service fee of 18%, which does not show up in the itemized list on your phone if you pay via the QR code. You will, of course, be prompted to add a tip. So pay attention to the paper check that gets dropped off.
Anyway, the service was mediocre at best (the waitress, specifically, was not good but everyone else who came to our table was good).
