We went to Offshore Rooftop during Restaurant Week. It was decorated in a winter theme and it had snowed so we felt like we were in an igloo! We loved the experience and the food was excellent.
Went for dinner on Saturday and there was a private event taking up most of the space so out table was kinda shoved to the side and didn't get to soak up the ambiance much. Food and service were fine.
It's strange to eat in a restaurant that holds hundreds but we were the only table. In addition, we thought from the write up that we'd have an amazing view which didn't happen at all as the lights inside the restaurant make it virtually impossible to see out the window. In addition, the location was unclear (e.g., we walked to the very end of the pier and then up a set of stairs and there was nothing up there, we came down and walked around finding an elevator...
