Update My card is still pending since Tuesday Today is FridayI called into this place to order a pizza 2 hours ago. They said I had to go online to order because they only take cash so I went online and ordered 2 hours ago only to find out my order was not placed but it was taken out of my account not to mention I have to wait on the line while the owner yells for 5 minutes to somebody in the store. I called customer service and the answering machine comes on I need my 34.31 back NOW

Pictures tell it all! ???Food is usually pretty good. Never experienced this before from this establishment. My family and I was very disappointed. We didn't take it back because we live a distance from the restaurant and it was late at night.

Today I found out that you don't allow your servers to auto grat large parties. You fully place the blame on your severs and not on you as a company underpaying them or the fact that some guests simply don't believe in tipping. This is disgusting. I'll never be back after being a loyal patron for years.

I’d never heard of this place before finding it on Uber. The posted picture looked yummy so I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, my thin crust extra beef, mushroom, black olive and garlic pizza was DELICIOUS!! The beef put me in mind of the meat on the pizza from grammar school, which I loved way back then ???? I’m guessing the restaurant uses its own delivery drivers so Uber could not give me any updates. My order was scheduled to arrive no later than 6:05pm but arrived at 6:22pm. I hope this helps!!!!

Old Chicago Pizza is my new go-to pizzeria. The pizza and the customer service is on-point. Forget about Italian Fiesta, if you have been looking for something comparable or better, try Old Chicago Pizza Company. For my Mom’s bday PARTY OCPC made sure we were satisfied— thank you!
