I made reservations for Saturday, July 19th, but upon arriving and noticing the bar wasn't busy, I opted to sit in the back corner. We had the charcuterie board, carbonara pasta and fungi ravioli. Charcuterie board was ok. Fungi pasta awesome. Carbonara was better in NYC (guanciale was shaved stille, I think that pieces works better). Great service! Tiramissu and espresso martini were delicious too.
This was the second time eating here. Food is good. Cacio e Pepe was very good. Service was mediocre. It took 20 minutes for the server to come to our table. No apology for the long wait to even be greeted and asked if we wanted drinks. And then had to flag down a manager to get a second drink. Originally we were seated next to the bar but because it was so noisy there I asked for a different table. They seated us near the back exit (to the hotel) which was quieter but perhaps...
