Stopped in for the first time last night and tried 5 different martinis. All were VERY well made and tasted exactly as described. Wendy was a welcoming owner. Don’t hesitate to try this place out when you’re in the area, if martinis are your thing! You will not be disappointed! We’ll be back soon and thanks again for the tasty concoctions.
Just hit up Olive Black in Lakeview and had a killer night. Grabbed two “James Bond” martinis and a mango jalapeño one, then shared the spinach artichoke dip and BBQ chicken flatbread—so damn good. Vibe’s cozy, bartenders legit know their stuff, and the place is just real Chicago. Will def be back for more. Cheers! 🥂
Stumbled upon Olive Black Chicago last weekend, and it was a delightful surprise. The pomegranate martini was a standout—smooth with just the right kick. We also tried the BBQ chicken flatbread, which was flavorful and satisfying. The ambiance is cozy, making it a great spot to unwind. Spent around $40 for two drinks and the flatbread, which felt reasonable for the quality. Only reason it's not a full 5 stars is that the service was a tad slow, but overall, a solid spot...
