I got a beef shawarma which was dry and unflavorful. Left a really bad taste in my mouth, hummus was definitely not fresh. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I’ve been a regular at the Loop location for years, but in the past couple of years I’ve been visiting the West Town spot more often. Best chicken kabobs around, the spicy kick is next level! I love building my own pita, though sometimes just onions and garlic are the perfect balance.

The food would have been five stars but the falafel was overcooked and oily. But they were made fresh. I’m thinking the oil wasn’t hot enough when the falafel was dropped into it.
Customer Service was wonderful. This location on Sheffield is always clean. Granted I haven’t had to use the restroom; the environment is nice and clean.

I came here during my lunch break. The flavors were really good but the portions are very small. Wouldn’t come back unless they change their portion sizes to more.

Didn’t realize until I was already a few bites in, but I Had some chicken for the shawarma that was raw and cold inside, when I let them know they said they would re make it for me. I appreciate the offer but I eventually had to go back to work because I ran out of time on my break from the wait. So still hungry and down $12
I love this place! Whenever I'm in this part of town, I always stop by and grab the Chx shawarma plate. It's consistently delicious, the service is consistently great, and there's parking!

Very very small portions for $20+ a meal!!
The food is AMAZING! Customer service of the two staff members that were present during my visit were so nice and helpful explaining my options. I’d definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!

I have done two catering orders with them. The guests liked the food, especially Chicken kebobs. I would have one feedback - improve the Tahini - it was watered down.
