Food is great. Your website is bad. The soda fountain has been broken at your North and Sheffield location for like... half a year, maybe longer. What's up with that?? Your info at omg email shown in your website's T&C bounces back. Fix it! Now this is the most important part of my negative review: Why is steak shawarma not listed as one of the ingredient choices for build your own OMG plate? This is really aggravating because I can't order ahead for pick up on your website. I have to manually order this in person. Your website menu needs to be updated to accurately reflect what I'm able to order in the store. Also, your website feels clunky because in order to view the menu, I have to first pick a location and time for some reason. That's too many barriers to simply view your menu. You really need to improve customers' ability to contact you with these issues. I should not have to do this on Google maps.

Always great here, meats are cooked perfect & full of flavor, never disapoints. Staff is attentive and the smiles are just the touch to make a quick lunch enjoyable.
Not great. Pretty small portions compared to other Mediterranean restaurants at the same price point. Paid almost $18 with tip for food that didn't sit well after eating. If I'm going to do a chain again I'd do Roti. The hummus was good.

The food was good (had the chicken kabob entree meal), but the next morning I woke up to my stomach rumbling and horrible food poisoning. Not sure if something was undercooked or there as cross-contamination, but I would never eat here again.

This place is amazing, by far the best fast casual Mediterranean I’ve had in Chicago. From the meats, the sauces, and the sides I haven’t had anything bad here. Standouts include the couscous, baba ganoush, garlic sauce (toum) and the spicy chicken kebab. What makes this place so good is they actually SEASON their food. So many other similar places give you bland meat, rice and sides. Everything here actually packs flavor. I’ve only eaten through delivery so I can’t speak to the in-store experience but it’s become a regular on my rotation.
Great healthy food that is REALLY tasty. The grilled salmon is perfectly cooked with juicy inside and crispy outside. The cucumber and tomato salad is always fresh and not soggy or over seasoned. Quick service. Staff is very friendly.

Delicious! The meat was so moist and flavorful. I enjoy medi food and l've had it in a lot of places, but this was so good. The prices are reasonable, too. Definitely recommend.
