We hired Chef Franco to do a private omakase dinner at a hotel. He arrived on time with a cart full of equipment and prepared ingredients. Every part of the experience was well thought out, perfectly executed and absolutely delicious. He was friendly and adaptable and adjusted the menu to our needs and requests. 10 out of 10 - would absolutely rehire for another amazing experience.

I PURCHASED CHEF FRANCO'S SERVICES AS A XMAS GIFT TO MY GRANDSONS!! HE WAS WONDERFUL!! CHEF FRANCO WAS VERY PATIENT WITH THE BOYS. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING STEP BY STEP ALL WHILE GIVING THE HISTORY ON SUSHI !! AS A ADDED TREAT THE BOYS WERE ABLE TO PREPARE DESERT!! I CHEF'S VERSION OF A ICECREAM CAKE !! ALL THE FOOD WAS FRESH & DELICIOUS!! CHEF FRANCO WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. 🤗. WE DEFINITELY WILL BE BOOKING CHEF FRANCO AGAIN!! BESIDES MY GRANDSONS WANT TO EARN THEIR STEP TWO CERTIFICATES!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHEF FOR A SMALL OR LARGE PARTY.

My daughter and I were looking for a place for get a snack. Chicago, IL has so many awesome food choices we didn't want to fill up too much at any one place. It was a Friday at 4 or so and we were seated pretty quickly. We ordered 2 appetizers. The crab cakes, which the server told us was different than other restaurants and some sort of Ahi Tuna dish (pictured) Both were delicious and not too filling. The server was really nice even though we didn't order alcohol. (I've experienced many occasions when the server seems annoyed)
