Wow! A friend suggested this gem for a late afternoon lunch, my it did not disappoint. A bright, energetic outdoor space filled with music and a gregarious staff.The food was amazing! The chicken some of the best I’ve tasted, big flavors. The pork sandwich another stand out. Empanadas executed so well!Don’t miss out on this spot!

I have been there 3 times over the past 2 weeks and have brought friends every time.The food is absolutely incredible, they're BYOB, and the owner, Omar, is one of the NICEST and most hospitable human beings you'll ever meet. I never leave reviews but this place truly deserves the recognition. Go there for the amazing food and leave there with a new friend, Omar.They have great Empanadas, Jibaritos, Ceviche, Tostones, and not to mention, the slushies.Pro tip: bring your own liquor and mix it in the slushies.I've lived in Chicago my entire life and I've tried almost every latin spot around the city. Omarcito's 100% takes the win when it comes to exceptional food and service.

Delicious food! The ropa vieja jibarito was so juicy and delicious, my kids and I inhaled it. The lechon was very flavorful and lots of nice crispy edge pieces.The only thing that was tricky is that the address is on Fullerton but the entrance is really around the corner on Hamlin. Looking forward to hanging out on the patio on a warmer day.
