I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I called the restaurant and someone picked up. I said hello but the other person on the other line was holding a conversation with a customer. The phone got disconnected. I called back four times regarding my order but the phone kept going straight to voicemail. I kept trying to call and they just hung up the phone without picking up to say please hold while attending their customers. Poor customer service! This is ridiculous!!! This restaurant needs to work on customer service.

BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM THE UBER EATS APP. There’s been two time I’ve ordered off of the app and the restaurant changes my total AFTER I paid already with the app. You pay and confirm and they’ll put a price adjustment on the order and charge you extra saying that you requested a bigger size . I did not ask for a bigger size either of the times .

I have been this place a handful of times because their food is good but the manager (short man with the glasses) is very rude. We will not support businesses in OUR neighborhood that are rude to our people. He walks away when you're trying to make sure he understands your order. I will NEVER go back.

I've only been there about three times and my food was good and yes, they give you a good portion. Please note, they are not obligated to answer their phone, I have called Harold's chicken, they don't answer their phone, I have called shark's fast food, they don't answer their phone, yet many people will wait twenty five minutes in a drive thru McDonald's line to place an order.

No issues with the food, but the service isn't there. Last two times i ordered from here I ordered online. Previous time he claimed that he gave Uber my order by mistake and I waited for him to make it again. Today he claims the same thing at first, then changes his story to never receiving the online order. I showed him the email confirmation for the order and asked how did I receive it if you didn't. He asks me if I can wait and I said no...I placed the order an hour before I requested to pick it up.I think I will go back to ordering from Chi Tung. Their food is really good and orders are usually ready in 15 minutes.

I called and waited after the phone was answered a good 2 minutes. When I was given attention I asked how much an order of Gen Tso chicken. I was asked what size? I asked what size do you have and how much are they. I was put on hold for five minutes before I hung up. When I called back over a dozen times they would not answer. He treats peoople like used toilet paper. When I went to the restaurant and complained in person he acted like he didn't speak english and the place has been there at least 5 years. Huh? Huh? Like he was an idiot. He has no respect for folks that feed him.
Last night when I went to pick up my food the wait line was long. I could see that they were busy but the attendant was dismissive of the people waiting. Eventually I stated that I had an Uber order which he got for me but when I asked can I purchase another item he rudely stated they are not taking anymore orders. This is not the first time that he has been rude to me but it is the last as I will no longer patronize a business that thinks it is okay to be disrespectful to its patrons.
