I had the polish hot dog and the porkchop sandwich and they were good, also they give lots of fries on each serving, but they don't have anywhere to sit

They definitely don’t care about their customers., especially in this age and times. Ties are hard and people spend their hard earned money and this Maxwell stations can’t respect that
They’ll give you whatever.

Food was horrible .. if you are looking for something quick avoid this place at all cost they didn’t cook any of my food and gave me uncooked fries in my bag like what the hell and I have small kids I fed this too .. and then they won’t answer the phone

The food and staff are awesome. Just not the best area but tge food is good the people just keep coming

I dont know what’s going on with the food but today was horrible. I got a steak taco and chicken both of them was horrible.. whatever meat yall change to its no go back to the meat yall had before im very disappointed it and still hungry cause i dont want this

$6.50 for a steak burrito and some fries so I really wasn't expecting much from it. So cheap, right? But brother, it was not even worth the $6.50.

Everything smooth except they dont want to open up a pickup window when its busy made my doordash pickup 10 minutes late and doordash keeps reducing how many late orders out of your control you can exclude that sucks, otherwise, if you need 5 dollar portable chargers they're sold in the alley

I would highly recommend anyone who can visibly be seen while walking down a pitch black alley avoid this place after dark.

I've only heard that the food is amazing. I know that the service is awesome. The employees are always on their game and rarely ever make mistakes.

But the parking lot is a disaster area, always dirty, entering and exiting when there are more than a few customers is a nightmare.

And if you are not able to visibly trace your ancestry to Africa, and you try to pick up food here at night time, it's very likely you will be stared at like an outsider unwelcome by the people picking up their own food.

This is not true all the time. And this is not true of everyone.

Simply put, the last time I was here picking up food, someone reached over my shoulder and grabbed the bag of food I was picking up. They tried to steal it by snagging it and running away. I was prepared for almost anything, including this scenario. Before he could actually get a really good grip on it, I had the actual bag physically locked down.

As you can see by my profile picture, I am Caucasian. I am actually Native American and white. I do not mean in any way to disparage anyone who works here nor anyone who shops here. But during certain days, during certain times, when crowds gather, rambunctious individuals may choose to become bullies and thieves. It's up to their own individual morality and greed. It's up to whether they're desperate enough to risk someone fighting them off to defend their own purchased meal.

I was able to hold my own but someone less prepared would likely have been injured or terrified. So please be aware that you have to be on full alert if the sun is down.

I received my order late lastnight. Made it home all the way south and my food was not what I asked for. Steak burrito and cheese fry was nasty. Burrito was missing ingredient I asked for and it was salty. Couldn’t eat it at all. Cheese fry was really greasy. This is the 5th time I have been here and they failed to give me what I paid for

Yallll im from Memphis, but lived in the Chicago every summer and I love coming back for the childhood memories. This is always a staple that I love to come back to, and when I say it be so gooddddddddt and delicious i never have time to take a picture. Best $7 i ever spent!!!

Hidden gem 10/10. I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid. I also introduced my wife and kids to this place and they love it. Maxwell Polish is a must to try if you haven’t had one.
