The Original Rainbow Cone

So disappointed. Been coming here for years. Went today for a 6' ice cream cake roll and I felt it was a little short, didn't expect it to not even be 5'.

I use to come here last year all the time just to grab their donuts because they were hot and fresh. But the recent two times I went I was very disappointed. I went there over the summer and back in November and I was very disappointed to find out that they no longer make the donuts fresh. They pre make them earlier that day and just reheat them. When I first saw them do this over the summer I thought well maybe it’ll still taste like how it use to, but I was very wrong it was dry and just didn’t taste right. I tried returning hoping things had changed and I was wrong. Once I saw that they were taking the premade donuts and just putting them in to reheat I stopped the young lady and asked her “Are they not fresh?” And she replied “sorry they aren’t”, so with that being I said I didn’t want them and she gave me an ice cream instead. I feel that they should take down the sign that they have in the window saying that their donuts are fresh because they definitely aren’t.

Okay listen here I do not appreciate you guys switching your sprinkles with some nasty stale different kinds of sprinkles.It made me lose my appetite and have a weird taste in my mouth(right as I’m texting this review btw).I will appreciate you guys bringing the old ones back.I would like to know why the sprinkles were mixed, and I’m wondering if the old sprinkles are coming back.

The server was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the different flavors.

I had a strawberry banana shake which was really good. My son had the Superman ice cream and this one was surprisingly good. When I go back, I will definitely be getting that.

I asked for a banana split and rainbow cone, how if you guys cut the banana in half, don't see that is black and rotten?!? I go back inside to ask them to please exchange it because stuff is not cheap or free and I get an even more rotten banana, how do you serve that to your customers, I go back to ask for a refund, only to realize after I left that I was refunded for the freaking ice cream cone when I paid for a banana split, no more The Original Rainbow Cone for us, just freaking pathetic!!! Forgot to add the person that made the banana split AND refunded me the wrong item was the MANAGER....

Service was amazing. Staff was very accommodating and kind.

I needed a last minute rainbow cone birthday cake and they did not disappoint. From ordering to delivery it was 65 minutes. Thank you Rainbow Cone for your prompt efficient service!!
