I said don't put no cherries or strawberries in my son's ice-cream and now he's in the ICU!
You have to try it to understand how good it is.
Simply the best ice cream in town!
Chicago Treasure! I love the Rainbow Cone and visit whenever I have a chance to get one!
Cool place, unique tastes, yet it didn’t seem unique enough to go a second time. The place seems a little dusty and run down. The windows need cleaned, not all of the lights seemed to be on and I didn’t even know it was open at the time. Walked in because of the appearance. Later that day, I felt a bit sick but not sure if it was the ice cream.
My favorite ice cream in the world!
Always a great experience and the ice cream is always good 👍 😋
The Rainbow 🌈 cone in Beverly staff is extremely rude and do not value their loyal customers. I have been patronize this location for years even before the new owner took over.Since the new owner has taken over the service has been horrible. On several occasions I received old stale waffle cones and then when I brought it to their attention they got hostile with me..On another occasion, I came and ordered my bi-weekly order which consist of a quart size ice cream mixture of flavors and a cup or waffle cone individual serving size. However, when I ordered they informed me that they were out of the quart size containers and then enticed me to by two pint sizes and stated that they would give me 10% for the inconvenience.I agreed and I purchased the two pints..Then I came back two weeks later and again they were out of the quart size containers,so I asked if I could get the same two pints in place of the one quart size, and at that time they stated no.I then asked why was it done before and the manager who appears to be related to the owner, because he had identified himself same as having the same last name as the owner, so assume they were related, became confrontational and combative stating that the person that gave me 10% off for my inconvenience had no right to give me a discount and that I could not get the same order, which I had three flavors in my pints. At that time because I felt publicly humiliated, I asked for the owners information and I left without making any purchase.I was a loyal customer who they all saw every other week in their establishment and they thought nothing about treating in this unprofessional manner.
I will never buy from them ever again. I encourage everyone to not shop with a business that does not value you as a customer, and believes that quantity means more to them than quality.
Its rainbow cone
The Palmer House ice cream is amazing a well as the butter pecan!

Love me some Palmer House. YEP! I still do.
Took my special little guy for his first Rainbow experience. He loved it! He was amazed at the size of the cone. We'll definitely be coming back.
My favorite place to visit with my family after church! 🥰
The school had a fundraiser. I brought my grandson there once
Family brought me here. The service was good, the shop was clean but the ice cream was mediocre at best (Tasted like Blue Bunny) For the ultimate sugar rush skip this dud and head over to the Plush Horse!
