We used to go a lot as a family, but the quality and server has been gone down a lot. The waiter took a long time in order to check up on us incrementally- we had to like almost stand up to ask for water in the beginning. Overall it was pretty bad.

The portion sizes are smaller than it also used to be and it’s just not worth it with the increasing prices. We paid $40 for a lobster and it was super tiny and would definitely not get it again. Next time the only thing I would get is probably a late night platters for a quick bite because even the full size platters are basically the same size as a late night. That tofu platter was the regular full size, but there was so little. I can’t believe they CHARGE for soy sauce with peppers?!? That’s insane, and it just seems so greedy. Like they had no basic seasoning on the table?!?

When we got the bill, there was already 18% tip tacked on which was never there before when we used to eat out and the tip included the TAXED amount on top of the food bill, which is really weird and doesn’t make sense. Like, why am I tipping on tax? My family always tips well, but that soured the mood along with the meager portions.

We also realized that after we left that they said on the receipt, there was six guest, but there was only five people in our party. This might have been why they tacked on the tip amount? It just goes to show that they don’t really care about guests anymore.

It’s hard to support these older restaurants if they keep on doing things like that, because I would rather go to new Chinatown square and the newer restaurants at this point- because at least I know what I’m paying for.

The food was okay, personally have had better else where. Customer service was absolutely awful. I’m not sure what the issue was, we ate around 8pm and it wasn’t super busy. The staff was sitting eating with each other and talking for at least 20 minutes before anyone came over to us. The food came out in a timely manner but when everyone is rude and seems like they hate helping you it ruins it. Some of our food was great but other dishes lacked flavor. After eating, I asked for a couple of boxes. She brought me a single container and when I asked for another, she rolled her eyes and never came back. Overall, I wouldn’t come back or ever recommend somewhere with this level of customer service, it was terrible, felt very unwelcoming the whole time.

I've been here a few times and I like the golden crabs here, but I was very disappointed today. The golden crabs today were half the size of usual ones, but the price was the same, and there was an extra $5 holiday fee, which was surprising! The other dishes didn't taste good either. The waiter's explanation was that the crabs delivered today were very small, which was incomprehensible, but I still gave a tip. However, I won't be back.

The food here is delicious but the service for Latinos leaves much to be desired as we saw many tables around us being server quicker and with more attention while we were ignored. When trying to pay the staff ignored us for a while and when they didn’t like the tip we gave for their subpar service they proceeded to get upset.

Used to like this place and have been going here since the 90s, but recently they gave my pickup order to someone else and didn't do a thing about it. Go elsewhere plenty of good spots that pay attention to their order numbers.

I want to first start off by saying don’t come to this place with your family and/or friends if you’re Black.

I came in with a party of 7-8 people. We called this establishment beforehand to let them know our party size in consideration for them being family owned. Once we were finally seated it was at a table that had gnats/mosquitoes raining from the ceiling no joke. They were everywhere on us and the table.

It took them over 30 minutes to finally come take our order. Mind you we never even got the chance to order food because we asked if it was possible to move tables. We were told that our table was “okay” and that we don’t need move even though we explained that it’s a literally a cloud of gnats that was in our and the server’s face. In addition to the fact that there were a few tables that had just became available.

After the server kept trying to convince us that our table was okay. She finally let us move to a different table and then they never came back to serve us. While they continued to serve people who had came in after us. So we got up and left.

We were polite, patient, and continued to give grace. So I don’t understand why we were given such bad service along with it being unsanitary. Bias needs to be left at the door when people are looking to support and eat at your restaurant point blank.

Went to this place for some late night food and it is really great they open until so late and have smaller potions for late night. Most of the dishes we order were okay but not amazing. But the duck tongue was really not good, it was really not fresh with a very strong gamey taste. Maybe I should order safer menu items.

This is an affordable restaurant with authentic flavors. The dining environment is spacious and the hours are late. There is a special set menu after 9pm, which is a great deal. Free wifi is not available.
