The best Irish pub in Chicago, hands down. Wish I lived closer to I could go in more often. The beers never disappoint. The corned beef press is my all-time favorite sandwich and make sure to get it with curry fries.

What a great place!
Love the decor, so much beautiful wood detail!
Was celebrating my engagement and needed to be in an Irish pub because I was proposed to on the Ha'Penny bridge in Dublin that evening. Very glad we chose this place!
Bartender was really nice and friendly. We both ordered the fish and chips and dang it was great!!! I loved the coleslaw!
Smithwicks served here!
The only bleh of the night was the table full of ladies who were very very VERY loud. No need to shout, the music was not loud at all and the crowd was very chill. Not that table.
Will be back!
Oh, tons of outdoor seating, too!

Every item on the foot menu is at a minimum...$5 higher than it should be priced. Way too expensive, example $15 for a GRILLED CHEESE... this isn't Madison Ave NYC, it's not Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.. it's an Irish corner bar in Ravenswood
The staff here are really nice. We did not have a wait even though we showed up in the middle of lunch rush. I got a Caesar salad with steak it was absolutely delicious and exactly what I wanted. My husband got a burger I believe but he loved it the fries were absolutely delicious the beers were cold and everyone was very attentive to us

If you're looking for a premium Guinness on draft, look no further on the Northside. They pour absolute creamers of the black stuff here, and a great atmosphere to boot

So, I had to go downtown to Ravenswood. Stopped into a nice Irish pub for lunch. Nice atmosphere. Bar guy was not so responsive when I asked a about parking in the area. I thought I'd order a Ruban sandwich in an Irish bar! Turned out very dry, little meet and gray meat around the edges. $20 sandwich oh well.

We come here several times a year and have for the last eight years. But we haven't been here since December. Something or someone has changed in the kitchen. Our Don Poncho burger had hardly any toppings on it. You couldn't tell it was supposed to be a special burger. And for a $17+ burger? Just meat and bun more or less. The buffalo cauliflower is a smaller portion now, too. I really hope it was just an off night because we really love this place.
That said, the servers, who have been there as long as we've been going, were great like always.
