I use 2 go there 2 times a month you had a great staff a couple of months ago they were kind and hard working a you brought in a new manager who fired that staff that was the main stay of that restaurant ..I really think you need to look at the Manger I'm really disappointed with this restaurant ..

I stopped by this outback location while to have lunch while waiting for my hotel room to be ready as this restaurant is attached to a Springhill Suites by Marriott. Came on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm and it wasn't busy, so there was no wait to be seated. Ordered the wings (hot) with blue cheese dressing and a house salad. The wings that I received weren't the hot ones as ordered and they gave me their ranch dressing that comes standard with the wings. I kept the order they sent me and was satisfied. Other than the mishap in attention to detail in my order the food was good, and so was the service.

I don't give negative reviews very often and this one won't be all negative, but it was not the best experience I've had. There were 5 of us and we got there pretty much at opening. Our waitresses name was sweetie and she was amazing!! When she took our drink order one of us requested sugar packets. A guy brought the drinks but no sugar, so I told him they were asked for. A few minutes later he brought them on a small plate and literally dropped the plate on the table without saying a word. We waited a very long time for our food and when it finally came, a burger that was ordered well done and plain was almost raw with all condiments on it and was sent back. A steak ordered medium was very very red but not sent back. I ordered the loaded baked potato that came out with just butter and sour cream, I mentioned it to the same guy waiter, he took it and when he brought it back it looked like someone just dropped a small pinch of bacon bits and shredded cheese on it. Again, sweetie was amazing and helpful, but when a group of people spend almost $200 with tip, I would expect better. Honestly, if it was my first time going to an outback, I probably wouldn't go again.

We placed our order and a drink from the bar.. the salad our sides came 1st 15 minutes later the main course came a simple baked potato( hard ) had to go back 3 times. So we ate meat ate the sides 15 minutes earlier. We had to ask for the desert that came with the meal after receiving the bill. Never gat the drink. To correct the issue 4 dollars was discounted from the bill ...
I had high expectations to visit this restaurant , I know this branch from another country and expected an awesome experience and meal. The entrance was connected to the hotel, the restaurant was not busy when I visited. When sat, got the brown bread with butter (but was stale). The soup was good and main was decent. Aussie fries was good! Food and service has a room for improvement. Price was good, not expensive.

Came here with a date - her choice, not mine - and it is exactly what you'd expect from Outback. Nothing more, and nothing less. However, their bartender Savannah is absolutely top notch. She knows when to engage, when to let the customers enjoy their conversation, but never lets the ice clink in the glass. She has absolutely nailed the interpersonal skills of bartending and that is the rarest of all bartending traits.
