I don't know anything about this area, but I wanted to take a break, so I went looking for a cafe.
They seem to have a variety of drinks, but I found decaf coffee, so I ordered that.
The staff is a nice and cute young lady.
There were various seats, and we sat on the sofa.
What's good about this place?
This is the type of coffee shop that I like.

The space itself is super great, reminds me of the old coffee shops where you could hang out, work, relax, game with friends, and use as a "3rd space". The drinks are wonderful too!
