The wings and fries were delicious, great quality chicken and the sauces tasted great. Very friendly service i highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that’s hungry. I definitely will be returning back for more.

The wings here are absolutely delicious. They’re a great size and crispy yet super flavorful. The hostess is also super kind. However, our dinner service today was completely garbage. We understand it gets busy and whatnot but the server completely dropped the ball. She spent more than 8 minutes just talking with a table. The rest of her tables were completely unattended including us. The table next to us was waiting on a bucket of beer and we were waiting on water refills. We had to ask the busser for the check since she was busy chit chatting. The busser then called her out and she then came and apologized for “chatting it up”. It would make sense if the place is busy and she was actually trying to upkeep her tables but when simple refills can’t be done it makes it hard to make dining here an enjoyable experience.

I have been coming to this place for years even before it was Output. I would like to know what type of establishment asks a patron to leave because the server doesn’t like them and is refusing to serve the customer? Highly unprofessional. Especially frustrating when I come with groups of friends and spend hundreds. I think that a loyal customer should come before a server with a bad attitude that doesn’t want to do her job! Horrible service.

Best wings in Chicago. Super nice service. I mostly eat takeout, but the few times I’ve eaten in they have been great.

Have eaten in and taken food out before. Classic Wings are very good. Chicken tenders can get a little greasy. Service is good but it can get busy especially on weekends and evenings.

The wings were amazing! Crowded football Monday so wait staff was very busy. We did get free shots and beers for a couple service hiccups. Overall nice atmosphere and safe street parking

Be prepared to wait four years for your food to come out. I had to get take out because the waitress (male) hispanic with the curly hair did not know how to seat me properly. TRUELY UNORGANIZED. The chefs are the only one who knows what the deal is.

Server refused to give me a different seat, when there were multiple open seats, he decided the best seat was next to loud almost black out drunk people, I didn’t get the servers name but he was a fruity latino with curly hair never coming back.

Listen this "hole in a wall" is the spot for sports and inexpensive-ish food/drinks. A typical bar they have a decent amount of seating, tvs, and a projector. Music during timeouts, etc. I'd recommend if you want a chill place to just enjoy the game.
