Let me say, please give the staff a few days off to attend a training class in hospitality. The rude staff, long wait times, and overall poor service require a complete makeover. We were really looking forward to trying the food, but the attitude was the experience we got.

Unfortunately, I wanted to love this place because it's close and I used to order from the Italian place that was there before... My food was awful - found a hair in my salad and grilled chicken sandwich and tots were so overcooked they were uneatable so I threw it all away. I'll stick to ordering pick up from the place right next door. HORRIBLE!

Quite literally the best wings ever. Truly honestly deserves a James beard award. Best experience, I cannot recommend this place enough. Fried pickles. Ranch. Blue cheese. Absolutely amazing.
Food was great. Atmosphere was great. Hostess was great. Busser was great. Food runner was great. Server sucked.

Hello my first experience here was amazing waiter was friendly food was delicious second time it was jammed packed we checked in waited about 25-30 minutes we get called okay go in the it’s empty so the waiter goes to sit us at a high table I asked her nicely if we could get a low table here comes another waiter rude taking over telling us we have to add our name to the list again so I ask nicely why would we have to do that and it’s clearly tables in front of us empty so I politely said let’s go so we went again this past weekend the food drinks are always good hot fresh on point not overly flavored so soon as we walk in no wait the Girls at the front door points us to a table in the middle of the floor next to another group we were so close to them the waiter never came back one time after we got out food we had to ask other workers for help one of the security guards were rude we asked for a cup of water he gets loud saying I don’t work here I’m security ok it’s not what he said it’s how he said it overall the food is excellent but the some of the waiters could use a customer service class.

This place is a dump. Is that load-bearing Marian Hossa on the side of the building? Filthy inside and the service is very hit or miss. Too many good places opening in West Town to justify giving them anymore biz. See ya

DIRTY - FILTHY - GERMAN COCKROACH INFESTATION.
This bar is right near my house and every-time I go there I regret it. The cockroaches coming out of the bar now makes this place dead to me. The bar is filthy and cluttered. Poor sanitation and disgusting conditions.

Came on a Thursday it wasn’t too packed and my waitress Trish Was absolutely THE BEST waitress I’ve had in such a long time. I had to give her a shoutout on here and to a manager! The food was fresh and super good I usually get takeout but was so glad I got to experience this place sitting down.
This was a fantastic spot years ago, but I stopped in the other day and couldn’t believe how the quality has dropped off. The wings arrived in a pool of oil, so one side was soggy and the other was dry. The flavors were so-so, the ‘fire’ surprising lacked flavor. I will say, the service was good. Attentive and courteous, which is always appreciated. I suppose (like some things in life) what we have is never as good as what we remember. Bummer.

The worst experience ever! Our waiter came to our table twice, to take our order and to drop off cold food! I seen him interacting with other customers but never once did he come back to our table. We had to have the girl at the bar print our receipt and get us containers for the cold food that was served to us! I’ll never go back here again.
