Paisans Pizzeria - South Loop

Fantastic food!!! Esbin was our waiter and was super friendly, and just all around amazing!

I took my friends here last Friday for their anniversary, and everything was fantastic! The food, the drinks, and the service were all top tier. Esbin warmly greeted us and was super accommodating and friendly throughout our visit. Our waitress Daniela was also very patient and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be returning to this location!

Let me start off by saying I’ve loved Paisan’s for years. It’s honestly shameful how many times I've gotten them for dinner or when having friends over. Yet, this was my first time at this location, and it made me fall in love with them even more. Esbin and Daniela were great! We told them we were having friends meet us for their anniversary, and they went out of their way to make sure they felt celebrated! They made the desserts special, and the food was top-tier as always. This was my first time trying their drinks, and they were excellent! All in all, this might be my new favorite Paisan’s location.

Meh. Pizza was so/so and very slow. Was told 25 mins took 60. People running around - no management. Didn’t know it was a chain - now it makes sense.

My dine in experience was amazing Esbin and Mariano were very attentive with us super friendly too will come back soon.

Very disappointed and doubt I'll return. Ordered a to go order and got home to a missed call that they gave me the wrong pizza. Instead of offering to deliver the correct one I was told I have to bring the wrong one back in order to get the correct one, and they kept the wrong order. So are they serving the one they sent home with me? Did they give someone my pizza and they brought it back? I don't know, they switched them out and walked away with no offer to make things right. We've been here several times but won't return after this.

Standard pasta fare. They did have a rice bowl but they fried rather than grilled the veg. Nice ambiance and moderate noise level were the positives.

We love your pizzeria and bar! Colleen was an amazing server! The food is delicious!

Overall ok nothing spectacular. If you are in the area, it is ok to visit otherwise not a trip worthy location.

Great server and the wings are great ! Dragon and the garlic Parmesan . Deep dish was also good. Overall interior design really cool

Oscar was a great server and esbein was always making sure we were taken care of and had everything. Food was great I recommend the cheesy breadsticks.

Sadly, new staff are not friendly. u can feel the negative vibe that the staff didn't want it to be there. They change the menu again. I was going for the tacos and loaded fries and the bartender guy. He was very friendly and had an amazing vibe. Sadly, he didn't longer work there.

I tried this place with my family before a show at the Chicago Theater. Very glad we did. The food,Service and Ambiance of this place was excellent. We will be back.
