Amazingly fresh Paleta! The Mango option tasted incredible -- best paleta I'd ever had, like real mangoes. The cookies and cream paleta had real oreos in it. Overall incredible and fresh paleta and such kind service from a home-grown business. You could really see their passion for their business. Highly recommend!!

Paleta Factory is outstanding! The paletas are freshly made with the highest quality ingredients. I hired Manuel to cater and event and he went above and beyond to ensure all the guests were treated to the best recipes for paletas. The arrow con Leche paleta was my personal favorite but I tried a few others and can't wait to hire him again for the next event. Wish I would have taken pictures of all the paletas!

Wow! I tried the Arroz con Leche (decent, original) and the Cheesecake Cajeta (mind blowingly good). Worth ordering.

It’s a corporate cloud kitchen w other restos like Lil Caesars that churns out delivery orders, not a cute mom and pop. $4+ per bar. Cool flavors but kind of gritty. Professionally packaged so made me think it’s prob not homemade.

My wife and I place orders from the Paleta Factory every few days. They are SO GOOD!!! The only “issue” (if you can call it that!) is they are so good, sometimes the flavors are sold out! The owners go to the produce market every week to get fresh fruit to hand-make the Paleta’ s throughout the week! Amazing! They are so kind and take pride in their business, and it shows! I absolutely recommend Paleta Factory to EVERYONE!!!!!!Thanks! -Chris
