Been going here since I was in grammar school, at least over 10 years, prices have increased of course, but paletas are always delish! About $16 for a dozen de leche aka milk. Love the water paletas too but milk is my fav very creamy and thick. I recommend all flavors but the galleta aka cookie is good, chunky pieces at bottom. I'm not sure if this place is still open. I took my sister from out of town to experience the snacks us Latinos enjoy in Chicago. The lady working cut all fresh fruit for our fruit salad pimenta. The portions were very large for the price. I recently drove by and saw the gates on the door. Hoping it is temporary. Cute place for warm days and paletas!

Very authentic location for helado and mangonada. I personally prefer the lime flavor because I grew up eating it. The nostalgia always comes back to me and reminds me of my childhood. This location makes the lime helado using real lime juice and this was very good. Would recommend!!!
