This place is great, the only thing is that they don’t have prices on the menu, so you constantly have to ask how much something costs. They really need to add prices to the menu so that people know how much they are going to spend or if they even have enough for what they want to order.Also, it is pretty pricey compared to other places, but nonetheless, it’s delicious, just wish prices weren’t so high or at least have the prices on the menu.That’s the reason it’s getting 2 stars because they don’t have prices on any of their menus.

Not very friendly service. Elotes cups are filled with the elote liquid. Yogurt had some very weird tasting fruit not fresh. Go to other michoacanas.

This place is so disgusting ?Not only was a rat running around , but before I saw the rat the service was awful . My natural green juice was super hot with foam and the Tostilocos order was incorrect . Not to mention my total was super expensive. This place doesn’t deserve any respect , after I complained the manager said she couldn’t do anything .

Absolutely delicious, I've gone here since I was a baby even before they switched it across the building,10/10 for sure, except for this one time this lady took my order and I guess it was kinda my sister's fault for changing the payment type but the employee didn't have to make such a rude face when my sister changed the payment type.

Went in to get a smoothie with tapioca and the tapiocas were very bitter and crumbly. I went back and ask her to exchange it for something else only took two sips from it and they didn’t want to exchange or refund me. Specially since I didn’t even take 10 min to go back to return it

The owner, an older male, is a ridiculous and pompous-ass man. Buys cheap a** yogurt at Aldi which he waters down, and buys his fruit so far out that he practically makes the workers use it old. Completely mushy and old fruit all the time. You're better off supporting another place than this p***** Flies inside the ice cream freezers and extremely inattentive staff. I understand the concept of not trying to overwork yourself, but at this point, they almost want you to make your own items. Make sure you check your receipt - they will overcharge you + a transaction fee. Save yourself the headache and do not support this terrible establishment!

I ordered a elote which ended up being very watered down and salty and chicharron with Valentina and lemon I asked for a little extra and the lady dumped half a bottle of sauce that by the time she handed them to me they were in a pool of sauce when I asked for new ones she said “ sorry this I what you wanted there’s nothing we can do if you want new ones you have to pay for them “ something that costed 25 cents or less was charging me $3 AGAIN just because she was upset I asked for a little more sauce and poured a whole bottle! Never going back to this place

Who charges an extra 3+ dollars for debit or credit card usage. That's just insane. Went in for an elote paid the elote plus the incredibly high surcharge they for using a debit card. It's ridiculous. Not to mention I ordered ahead of time just for me to wait another 20 minutes (for a pick up item)that should have had been ready. Mind you they said it will be ready in fifteen so that's 35 minutes total.
