Paleteria y Neveria La Michoacana Fresa

La Michoacana Fresa is the real deal for a sweet treat. I grabbed a couple of their Fresas con Crema paletas—strawberry chunks swirled in creamy goodness. Also tried the Arroz con Leche popsicle; it was like dessert in a bite. The place is clean, the staff is chill, and the flavors hit every time. Spent about $15, and it was worth every penny. Definitely coming back for more.

I go there sometimes and the workers are nice, only complaint is that one day i believe they gave me an expired paleta, i had asked for a mango de leche paleta and when i got home to eat it tasted bad and till this day im not sure what flavor it was but it had small yellow chunks that looked like corn? i’ve gotten some before and they did not look like that so not sure what that was.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. I enjoy the staff and everything I order. However, there’s a new girl that started working there recently about a two weeks. I noticed she does NOT change her gloves after charging people (after grabbing money/ credit cards and the register.). She uses the same gloves to cut fruit which she grabs wearing the SAME gloves. This is the second time I see her doing this. She was there years 4/7 wearing a light pink shirt. Please go over the hygiene policies with her I understand she’s new but that’s NOT acceptable. My family and I won’t be going back to his location anymore.

I love this Michoacana, the people that work here are so nice and understanding ❤️ I trully appreciate a good service with a nice attitude towards their customers!

For those who read this, I want you to keep in mind that there is no such business that satisfies customers 100%. Every time I go to this Michoacan restaurant, they serve me very well, they have reasonable prices, and I have never had a bad experience. Don't let a few “bad” experiences from other people discourage you from coming here. The snow is very VERY delicious and not to mention the yogurts. 100% recommended :))

Excellent! Except for this week, October 8, 2024, in the afternoon I went to buy a delicious esquite that is always served warm, this time it was so cold that the butter became thick and hard on the wall of the glass and that tasted like pure bait.

I admit that this surprised me because they always serve it hot. I must add that that day I saw new faces among the employees and no one I knew served me, which made it clear that the others have done a good job and provide excellent service. I am a frequent customer and I like how they treat me, so I highly recommend this place.

Just please make sure the esquite stays warm when serving it, thank you very much 🙂

All their ice creams look great.their food always looks fresh and taste fresh.they have so much tasteful and variety of food .I have so much respect for the workers with all the horrible customers that come in talking to them with disrespect and they still attend you with a bright smile on their face.I definitely recommend getting your snacks and aguas here they never disappointed!they treat you well and they give you your stuff super quick I love coming here no other place can compare!!

An excellent place?

The palettes are getting smaller every day, the size of the palettes is ridiculous.

The snow and water are very rich. Nice place.

They say I am the only customer who can make their snow in yogurt base and logically there is an extra charge which I do not refuse and I do not even care about the price the only thing that happened is that when serving me in that glass it does not account for packaged balls Since they charge me at the price of yogurt, logically it shouldn't have air bags, and if those are orders from the owner to serve snowballs in a yogurt glass and charge them at the price of yogurt, then he doesn't want my money, not my business, I don't KNOW. If you understand me..... The owners......
