I went in the morning and the aroma captivated me. The bread was freshly baked, I have never tasted a suckling pig fresh from the oven and wow ? delicious. I also took a bag of shells... I was very satisfied ?
It smells fantastically, it tastes delicious! I think we found the best bakery in Chicago. And it reminds me old fashioned bakeries from my childhood.

This is the best panadería in Pilsen! The pan dulce is always fresh and they make the most wonderfully soft and sweet conchas. Their pound cakes are also a must and come in an assortment of diferente flavors like nuez, piña, marbled, and coco. You can usually find those at all the local grocery stores but they’re made fresh here. I’ve also tried their cheese and jalapeño loaf which is filled with jalapeños and cream cheese.
