Today March, 28, 2024 my parents went to pick up my birthday cake. REALLY bad service they asked the one working there at the time to take the cake out, instead charged (or tried to) $3 for the box the cake comes in and making my parents feel like she's telling them to get the cake themselves. like that's her job why can't she go get the cake. Also cake doesn't come in like how you want it, we asked for a 3 leches cake and vanilla flavor. instead we got a chocolate cake with no 3 leches even when the worker there at the time told us it was. I was planning on working there a few months ago but after hearing the bad reputation I decided not to. Get the cake somewhere else not here.
