I spent a lot of time in Mexico as a kid and I crave bread that reminds me of Mexican bakeries. My husband was raised in West Africa and he also craves bread that reminds him of West African bread. Panadería Marzeya fulfills that craving for both of us - the bread reminds me of Mexico and it reminds my husband of west African bread. It's fresh. It's tasty. It's a family business. I absolutely love the bread here, it's simple but so good. I've been coming here for over 10 years, and it's one the best things South Chicago has to offer! Excellent bakery worth the 5 stars.
