I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express after they changed their staff. After multiple visits where the portions were smaller, no utensils, no bags. I went in to order one plate (one side and two entrees). When it came time to pay, the lady asked if it was a bowl. I misunderstood and ended up paying $9.64 upfront while waiting for my order. I suddenly realized that was less than I usually pay, so I informed her. She then made me pay an additional $11.30.

After receiving my order, I noticed that my original payment of $9.64 had not been refunded or processed. I kindly asked her if a refund could be made. Instead of understanding, she blamed me for the mistake and only refunded me $5.98. In the end, I had to pay nearly $15, when it normally costs just around $13.

It's disappointing, especially since I've been a loyal customer since my first year in college. I've learned my lesson and won’t be returning.

It's a travesty what they did with the portion sizes and rice quality. Could've just been a bad batch, but the fried rice never tasted this bland before.

The portion size has dropping significantly, but the price remains the same.

They replaced the previous staff, worst mistake this place has ever made. The price remains the same yet the portion and quality worsens, the previous staff were faster, efficient, and overall nicer. The lady behind the register simply didn't bag the food or provide any utensils, many things the previous staff did. My advice, go anywhere but here due to the price remaining the same and portions dropping. This used to be a deal, now it's a steal.

It seems that this location has new staff, extremely friendly and very professional unlike before where they basically asked the customer to hurry up the order and they often messed up the orders. The food portions are good and the food tastes much better. I hope the current staff keeps managing this location.

This is the best Panda Express in Chicago. They give nice portions and the food taste good, literally everything. The manager i think she is the manager she has finger waves she’s always nice to me and tells me how things taste. If i eat panda i go to this location because it’s the best.Go right when they open because the students be line up to eat.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they will put their hands on you for touching the plastic cutlery and fortune cookies even though they forgot to give it to you.

This is the worst ever Panda Express I’ve ever been to. These guys do not even know how to talk to customers.Whenever I am here there is someone in the service side with attitude problems. Finally today I asked them to behave and the manager said I am here to make a scene.I even left the food right there untouched, without asking for refund.Panda Express really needs to teach some manners to their employees.

This has to be the worst Panda Express location I’ve ever been to. Every time I order, the food quality seems to be getting worse. Sometimes the chicken just tastes old and not fresh. But my tipping point with this particular location was when I found a piece of scour sponge in my bowl of Kung Pao chicken and fried rice. After seeing this, I just could not finish my meal, which I barely ate out of. I post this not to scare anyone, but to make people aware of the risks when buying at this location.

Lady at cashier was rude and disrespectful. Upon receiving my bag of food, I looked inside and didn’t see a fortune cookie. A basket of self serve fortune cookies were in front of me and I grabbed one. Instantly, she snatched the cookie out from my hand and threw It back in the pile while rudely stating “everything you need is already in the bag.” I was stunned as to what occurred… never experienced that kind of service from an employee
