Most Panda Express now bumbs, chow mein was salty dry, fried rice was grainy undercooked, all the carbs no aroma. So was steamed rice undercooked spitting texture lol. These cooks were cheap laborers not skilled artist.

Portions are low when they’re busy but the main focus is the their inability to fufill viral roles in their positions. I had to wait close to an hour because multiple servers in the front couldnt call out items to be dropped on the grill loud enough to be noticed. This resulted in the long wait time. Along with that the team towards the end neglect to call out the empty dishes instead only doing so when requested adding on to the already elongated wait time. Workers need to be louder an hour wait time is not normal for a simple plate.

Food was great as always. The portion size was enough for two days.

One of the best pandas out here lately they have been slipping. Missing items and long wait times. Where has dignity gone?

On 26 th St near western chicago, take too much time to service, women are very slow, In usa say, I 'll right back w/u or thank for wating, The meat have a lot vegetables, so that it's not enough meat is a trick. They for everything extra. They control all the food and writing the must minimum to charge a lot in the register. Please my People do not going to this restaurant. And finally,of course the food are extremely high nothing in special for people on the neighborhood. For example. Special plate for $6.00 at lunch. Do not go to this place. Too much people on line. Women take care very slow they don't care.
The website says they close at 9:30pm on Tuesday. I showed up at 9:08pm and the doors were locked and they refused to serve me. I will be contacting corporate about this continuous issue. They should just close at 9pm if they don’t want to stay open until the stated time on their website.

The food is okay and all but employees be acting very stingy with giving out sauce as if they paid for it, then have an attitude about it when we ask for more very unprofessional

I placed my mobile order at 830 on a Saturday when they close at 930. When I got there for my order the line was extremely long so I walked to mobile order pickup and had to wait there as they kept taking peoples orders and ringing them up in front of me waiting. After about 5 mins I was finally able to interrupt the employee before she started ringing someone else up, and said I was there for a pick up, she asked for the name, and said they barley received my order and that it be a couple mins wait. I said ok and sat down for about another 10mins. That same employee walked up to me and said they didn't have anymore fried rice because they're about to close and that I could get another chow mein or white rice. I explained to her that I placed my order an hour before they closed and ordered the fried rice bc my kids don't eat chow mein or white rice. She again repeated they were about to close and I could chose another chow mein or white rice. By this time I had already been charged for my food, and waited so I said just give me the chow mein. Mind you it was about 9pm at this time so they still had 30mins before closing!
I understand they didn't receive my order till I arrived but if they would have started my order when they received it, instead of continuing to make people's orders and ring them up to get the line down so they could close on time, I would have gotten my fried rice. Because I seen fried rice in the display when I arrived.
I also forgot to mention that I'm currently pregnant and agreed to get panda as my kids requested because I was also craving the fried rice. I could have cried the whole drive home😭. In the end, we had a ton of chow mein left over that no one ate. Because it was already past 9pm on a Saturday I was unable to get them anything else to go with our meal. So so disappointed 😞
