Been coming here for years, I appreciate all the workers here for their great service and politeness, but its hard to dismiss when theres food violations happening in a full view kitchen.Chef proceeds to chew gum while cooking over food, thats just a few of the things i noticed.I’d love to come back, but if this is how the kitchen works I’ll pass.

This is actually the best Panda Express I've ever been to. Mark is fantastic and one of the reasons I began to visit Panda Express regularly again. Last night was a disappointment, they forgot the teriyaki chicken portion for one of the Bigger Plates we ordered. We went home and noticed and I drove 15 minutes back to get the missing item. They replaced it, which was great, but unfortunately, Ana couldn't help but make a passive aggressive remark about how I didn't bring the food back. I didn't get it, what was I supposed bring back? Should I have brought back the whole order while my family waited another 30 minutes to eat? Would she have replaced the whole order or forced my family to eat a bunch of cold food?Mostly positive visits, but if you screw up, just fix the issue don't make passive aggressive remarks and make the customer feel bad for coming back to get everything they paid for.

Doppelganger Blackscarf

Chicken teriyaki without the teriyaki sauce for the umpteenth time. This has also happened in other locations too so I don't know what seems to be the problem. Despite the food being great(usually) I'm never ordering again. Sorry guys.

The woman who made my food, Miriam, was amazing! I think she was a manager (she was wearing a black shirt) but if she’s not she needs to be! And if she is, then she needs a raise. She took my order, filled 2 mobile orders and took the guys’ order behind me all at the same time. She was also calling out dishes she needed replaced while helping the person down the line on what everyone needed and every. single. time the door opened she was first to say “hi welcome!” Even though she was doing all of that I never felt ignored or pushed aside! Go Miriam!

I got 2 plates, both the same. 1/2 rice and 1/2 noodles with Angus Steak and Kung Pao Chicken. In one of the plates I only got like 3 pieces of steak and NO chicken but only Zucchini and the rest of the vegetables it comes with. In the picture shown I had already ate the rice and noodles but the rest is as I received it. Also the amount of rice and orange chicken I got for my other 3 cub panda meals was a lot less than usual. I should also add the food lacked flavor, it was bland.

Today I went to take my lunch outside of work to de-stress and then I found the house of horror in Panda Express, I do not understand the bad treatment by the person who serves the food as well as the manager, if the customer service is in total decline due to hormones, low wages.I remind you:A) The same Abraham Lincoln that is engraved on the bill is the same bill that all the other customers have.B) Approaches to customers should be with kindness, gestures, and gestures aside, and disrespect as bad publicity is multiplied by 7 in social gatherings.C) The owners should have a mystery shopper from time to time to evaluate the circus-like savagery of their employees.

So first time I've been there when they are fully stocked....I inquired about the veggies they have and asked could I get some on my food. The manager (Hispanic w/glasses). Stated there is a fee, i.stated I was there last week and there.was no charge, so she said I could give you 2 pieces of broccoli, which is exactly what she did.....while she's finishing up my order, her co-worker (blk girl with glasses) screams while I'm at end of line "we don't give anything free here"...how ignorant and unprofessional. I continued to ring out and express to Manager my disappointment. I'm telling you, these workers get more and more out of hand. I'll be back, I guess. It's the only one near my job

Very poor customer service. Was given food without any utensils and when I raised issue with staff member called Kathlyn , she wasn't happy and gave me an attitude.
