Server with glasses on Sunday night. made me wait for Fresh orange chicken to be made. Then proceeded to scrape up the leftover morsels of old chicken into my bowl as well. What is the point of waiting for old chicken grizzle. The worst part about it is that watched the employees laugh at me after I asked if they gave me the fresh chicken and they told me yes, what a disrespectful way to treat a customer. Panda express do better!
Sometimes they get my pick up order wrong or it’s not ready even after I have arrived 10 mins after ‘said ready time’. I now go in because I hate getting home & disappointed. Joseph ‘very tell guy’ is a sweetheart. Very receptive & friendly. Quick to apologize & help remedy I’ve noticed with other people that their order wasn’t there when they arrived for pick up. I’m thinking he’s a supervisor/manager? Noticed he’s very mannerly , uses pls & thx with the other employees. That’s very rare as far as I’ve come across with other places /people I interact with in the food industry. Don’t have issues when I go in & seeing my order.
My daughter ordered the food and I supposed pick up but the lady behind the counter asked me for confirmation number and I didn’t have it my daughter didn’t give it to me as usual but never had a problem to pick up. Daughter is at work she can’t answer on the phone, I can’t get a food that she paid for it

Went through the drive-thru got home it was totally wrong manager's not in until Friday can you tell me there's nothing they can do unless I have my receipts don't have my receipts told her my total told her what I ordered and she told me there was nothing she can do don't think that's great customer service how would I know them how would I know the total of my order if I didn't order the food won't be going to Panda Express ever again that's why a manager should always be on staff

I like fast food when I'm on the run and I love Chinese food and this is a perfect mix for me. I love their green bean chicken probably the most with the noodles. I discovered them in St. Louis, and now that I find this one, I'm going to be there tonight!
