Was my first time to Panda in a few years. I ordered a bigger plate. I eat a lot, so I went with a chicken egg roll as side entree, rice, and two serving of orange chicken. The lady was nice and fast service. No complaints. I went back yesterday to a follow-up medical appt. and they would not let me order the same items. I didn't understand why, never heard that before. The menu says 2 entree and one side for a specific price. I ended up ordering something else. If it's that serious, increase the prices or put up a revised sign. Let folks order what they want. The whole setup gives an illusion of choice.

They accepted my online order and had no food left when I came to pick up. By the time I left with food, it was a whole different order that also took an extra 15 minutes. The crew was nice, but only having three options for entree at 8pm when you close at 11 is crazy.

I came here at 11:30 am they were making honey walnuts shrimp so I waited for that then I asked or a chicken egg roll and they didn’t have any idk why they didn’t say they just said we don’t have any and that’s it and then I got a fortune cookie with no fortune in it. Trash was overflowing. Tables were dirty like the place was just a mess before the lunch rush so idk I wouldn’t come back. All the staff looked really young and understaffed I feel bad for them management let this location down

They prepackaged my food even though one entree wasn’t ready. When it was, they served all other people and by the time I asked about my food, they had to wait on another entree. I then said I don’t want my food if it’s been prepackaged and it’s all cold. They refused to serve me a new plate. BAD SERVICE!!

To the worker who paid for the man’s food about three days ago, I commend you. I almost volunteered to pay when I heard you’d cover his meal. I am 100% amazed at the amount of empathy and kindness you portrayed and I really wish I would have gotten your name to include in this review. Panda Express has clearly hired a compassionate and beautiful person to work for them. And I 10/10 would come back here again.

Worst managed restuarant I have EVER BEEN! Manager was too busy taking food temperatures and wiping the probe between food items WITH THE SAME ALCOHOL WIPE [definitely not sanitary] instead of helping the ONE GIRL complete orders behind the counter, not to mention she was also operating the register [also highly unsanitary] by herself AT 4PM!!!!!! Manager should be fired ASAP.

i was picking up a doordash. standing at the cashier, she skipped over me and helped the man behind me. i kindly told her i was here first she aggressively rolled her eyes and said i have to wait for my boss to scan the order out. I dont know how was i supposed to know that with no greeting. a simple one moment i will be with you would of been fine. instead of ignoring me and start checking out the person behind me. very confusing

Give you the wrong order, cold, it’s just kind of laughable how much the messed up the order. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. There are much better Pandas in the city, corporate needs to check in this location

Stopped by today during lunch hour, it was super busy. The reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because all the staff worked together to ensure the customer orders were being handled. They didn't rush anyone even those customers who were waiting in line and still didn't know what they wanted when it was their turn to place their order. I hope the owners are aware of the great team they have at this location.

It took a long time to deliver my food. I ordered a double chow mein and got very little. The dish cost me $2 more, and they didn't even serve the food the way I ordered it. I guess they do this because it's delivery. I was very disappointed. 😞👎🏻
