I typically love this place but today hairs were found in my beef steak meal. Very disappointed because I hadn’t had this happen in a long time. I will be back but please try to keep all hairs on your body and off our foods!!!

I came in today which is Saturday & they close at 10:30 I made it in around 9:45 ordered my food and asked if I could CHANGE MY 3 month old diaper was told no they bathrooms closed like ??? What I could see if I wasn’t a pay customer or I was trying to use the bathroom I just needed to change a baby’s diaper absolutely ridiculous!

If I could give a 0 star I would've. Horrible customer service. The restaurant was almost empty and it took the staff to get my order ready over 30 minutes. When I asked what is going on with my food i got very arrogant and disrespectful answer. It turned that the order was long ago ready and already cold but no one bothered to inform me.

The location is pretty clean. The crew is very respectful and quick. Especially the Sunday crew. The service was very generous and accurate. Definitely my go to.

Wow where do I start Victor was rude after me asking him what was in the fried rice he ignored me and kept asking me what can he help with and I kept asking what is that in the rice. After 2 more people came over someone says they don’t know what it is, someone else says they Think it’s steak meat… huh you know what never mind I don’t want anything! Horrible horrible experience food didn’t look pleasing either.
These guys have messed up my order 5 times now. It started as forgetting to put the sauces in the order that were CLEARLY on the order, then it turned to them completely disregarding the contents of the order. I ordered a plate: white rice and supergreens, orange chicken and teriyaki. It came as white rice and orange chicken. I don’t understand how someone can be this incompetent

LOL. If you order 2 orders of Beijing Beef, they will give you 2 orders of Orange Chicken! I think reading is a little hard for them! What an absolute waste of time and money xD

Worst experience to ever have at a Panda Express. Waited for my shrimp and walnut for over 5 minutes. Then expected me to accept cold noodles and cold chicken that they already pre-packaged for my order. Young girl was very rude when I asked her to please make a new order for me.. needless to say, I walked out because I will not spend my money at a restaurant that has rude customer service and expect me to eat cold food

I placed a DoorDash order today for a Plate with Chow Mein, 1/2 Orange Chicken and 1/2 Honey Walnut Shrimp. When I received the order, it did not have the orange chicken in the box. Called them immediately and informed them, and the manager told me that her coworker put it in the plate and tried arguing with me, as if she could see what I was looking at. I said I'd come in and grab it, but she said she'd only give me a small because that's what I ordered. Didn't want to make it right by giving me a large order for wasting my time to get a piece of the order THEY forgot. This is my first review on google, I never do but this was awful. The customer service here is horrible and I won't be ordering from here ever again, not to mention the quality of the food was TERRIBLE.

The food is not fresh at all. taste really greasy and the orange chicken taste like straight vinegar. The walnut shrimp does not taste like it usually does. The customer service was not great either and did not feel welcoming. Do NOT recommend.

The food was fine. However, the management has a nasty attitude. There is a heavy-set Hispanic girl who doesn't wear her name tag and got super defensive when I said, "Hey, you added a Powerade to my order; I never asked for one." It said so on the register. She gave me the nastiest look and said loudly "I NEVER ADDED A POWERADE!" I don't appreciate being talked to with such rudeness. The other staff were sweet but this person should not be working in retail and based on her attitude she is used to getting away with this behavior.

This Panda Express is one of the best fast food establishments I’ve ever visited. As soon as I walked in the door I received a welcoming greeting from all employees. The smell of fresh made food entered my nose and my appetite grew immensely. I walked up to see a friendly face from Yaz and Joey. Both ladies had warming smiles and were happy to take my order. Once I received my meal , I noticed everything was the perfect serving size. The smell of the orange chicken was to die for.
The dining area was up to my standards with clean floors and shiny tables. As I walked out the door the employees all gave a nice wave and wished me an amazing afternoon. My visit to this Panda Express on Damen will be an unforgettable experience.
