Worst experience to ever have at a Panda Express. Waited for my shrimp and walnut for over 5 minutes. Then expected me to accept cold noodles and cold chicken that they already pre-packaged for my order. Young girl was very rude when I asked her to please make a new order for me.. needless to say, I walked out because I will not spend my money at a restaurant that has rude customer service and expect me to eat cold food

I placed a DoorDash order today for a Plate with Chow Mein, 1/2 Orange Chicken and 1/2 Honey Walnut Shrimp. When I received the order, it did not have the orange chicken in the box. Called them immediately and informed them, and the manager told me that her coworker put it in the plate and tried arguing with me, as if she could see what I was looking at. I said I'd come in and grab it, but she said she'd only give me a small because that's what I ordered. Didn't want to make it right by giving me a large order for wasting my time to get a piece of the order THEY forgot. This is my first review on google, I never do but this was awful. The customer service here is horrible and I won't be ordering from here ever again, not to mention the quality of the food was TERRIBLE.

The food is not fresh at all. taste really greasy and the orange chicken taste like straight vinegar. The walnut shrimp does not taste like it usually does. The customer service was not great either and did not feel welcoming. Do NOT recommend.

The food was fine. However, the management has a nasty attitude. There is a heavy-set Hispanic girl who doesn't wear her name tag and got super defensive when I said, "Hey, you added a Powerade to my order; I never asked for one." It said so on the register. She gave me the nastiest look and said loudly "I NEVER ADDED A POWERADE!" I don't appreciate being talked to with such rudeness. The other staff were sweet but this person should not be working in retail and based on her attitude she is used to getting away with this behavior.

This Panda Express is one of the best fast food establishments I’ve ever visited. As soon as I walked in the door I received a welcoming greeting from all employees. The smell of fresh made food entered my nose and my appetite grew immensely. I walked up to see a friendly face from Yaz and Joey. Both ladies had warming smiles and were happy to take my order. Once I received my meal , I noticed everything was the perfect serving size. The smell of the orange chicken was to die for. The dining area was up to my standards with clean floors and shiny tables. As I walked out the door the employees all gave a nice wave and wished me an amazing afternoon. My visit to this Panda Express on Damen will be an unforgettable experience.

Every time I come in this place they never have anything ready. I don’t understand why they don’t restock the food when they see it’s low so people don’t have to wait “8-10 minutes” when it’s really 15-20 for food. I will not return!

I placed order at 10:30 am for pick up for 2pm for my Manger retirement party I got here 2:05p.m. and asked the young lady for my order she said it wasn't ready and another worker said opps we forgot about that oder it's 2:42 pm my order still not ready over 40 people have been waiting ? this horrible I would never deal with this company ever again!!

Ordered Beijing Beef in my plate through Uber Eats and it came with only two measly bits of beef and they just filled it up with broccoli to make up for it. Taking advantage of their delivery customers. Will never order delivery from any Panda Express again.

Terrible ? food was luke warm, workers are rude and management was even worst. The tables were filthy and the drinking fountains didn't work. We were over charged because of the mistake of the worker and they didn't bother to correct the mistake by refunding our money. This was the worst restaurant experience ever.??

Terrible customer service. The employees & Manger act as if they don’t want to serve people of color . The lack of professionalism and rudeness is unacceptable. If they don’t like their job they should quit. instead of coming In with negative energy. They also open at 10am but don’t open the doors until almost a hour later which isn’t fair to people who coming on their lunch breaks… they also have 2 rude young women that always have a attitude like someone did something to them. If they don’t like talking to guest or customers then they shouldn’t be working at a job that requires you to talk to guest and have good customer service and whoever management is THEY NEED TO BE FIRED they not doing they job or making sure their workers are.
