Terrible location. Alexis ( if that was his real name) tells us the drive thru is not open , but the dinning room is. My wife is disabled and can't walk. No convenience eating here. Definitely won't return.

Kate waited on me and my daughter. She was fantastic! Excellent customer service with a smile. She was a very pleasant young lady. She made sure we received fresh food from the kitchen. We were really able to sit down and enjoy our freshly made food items. Everything was great!

The people working here are unfortunately very rude and start closing before 10 pm when their hours everywhere online state they are open until 11 pm. My boyfriend and I placed an online pick up order at 9:32 pm, got to the Panda Express a few minutes before 10 pm and the people working wouldn’t let us in claiming they are closed. At first the woman wasn’t even going to open the door. She basically just shook her head at us until my boyfriend waved her down. She said they were closed and we explained that we had an order pick up. She asked to see the order, told us we got to the restaurant 15 minutes too early and that only the drive thru is open so to pull through in 15 minutes. Mind you, they had already locked the doors, were cleaning up and had no customers. Tell me, when has Panda Express ever needed to take 45 minutes to plate up? Especially with nothing else going on? A little ridiculous, and everyone has the worst attitude. I guess I should apologize to them for ordering an hour and a half before they close?

Absolutely disappointed when I get back to the office after picking up my order and not having any utensils or napkins to eat. Something so simple shouldn’t be missed in a fast food restaurant

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The person taking my order made a comment about me ordering 3 large orange chicken then proceeded to accuse me of taking a picture of her as if I wanted a picture of some random large panda express woman in my phone and when I said I was trying to read the screen that is greatly visible to the drive thru she said that’s for staff only and tried to go through my phone. I don’t like the way she walked away with my phone while I had Apple Pay open and as I was pulling away she started talking poorly of me to the other employees when I stopped my car she stuck her head out of the window and cursed me out when I called and asked to speak to a manager, I was rudely hung up on multiple and then the woman who was in the drive-through answered, said she was in charge and would not let me speak to a manager or give me the schedule of the manager so that I could call and speak to them. She just kept saying that she was in charge and I was given Old crunchy chow mein. Horrible experience I wasn’t given a receipt and fear she took my card information

If you’re going to order uber eats don’t bother with Panda Express (at least this location.) They’ll mess up your order ten ways to Sunday. I had to get uber to refund me for something they didn’t give and when I noticed another mistake I had already made a claim so I couldn’t even report that. So lame.

I order my food and the were waiting on the eggroll to be cooked 5 mins my food was cold i had to asked for my food they guy said im waiting on the eggroll i said yes but my food is getting cold, didnt asked if i wanted fresh warm food. So i got my plate sure enough it was cold. Then the eggrolls were done and a couple of mins pass so i got up to asked for my egg roll. Again, no apologies or nothing. So i had to ask for sweet and sour and terriaki sauce cause he didnt give me none! Also i got up to get a refill and to throw away the egg roll bag when im going to sit down. Some dude is cleaning the vent while ppl are eating i was so upset. The drive thru girl apologize and asked if she could give me new food i said no thanks. So I called the place and spoke to a manager she was clueless. I dnt think she can manage a restuarant. But I told her what happen all she said was i apologize. She didnt even offer to replace my food nor to give me a refund nor to give me credit nothing. When I told her so I see you wont give me nothing for my bad experience, i guess im not coming back to this panda she responded with I apologize!

Great place to eat after my workout routine. For some reason my fortune cookies are always spot on (It's like if someone is talking to me and I wonder if it's some holy Spirit or something. I don't wanna think it's the government or secret agency behind it. Yeah I know, I'm sounding paranoid, but either way the fortune-telling is like a morale boost for me when I needed it).

Chow Mein only has greens. Instead of spicy chicken, I got regular chicken.

Apparently can’t see the difference between 3 pieces and 12 pieces. Love a wrong order

Not sure if we just walked in on a good day, but the service was friendly, food was piled high and fresh, and we were in and out relatively fast; overall the experience was what you want when you get fast food.
