After a 12 hour shift the last thing I want to hear after saying thank you is hmmm…
I recently visited your establishment and was served old food and spoiled vegetables. This is unacceptable and I am concerned about the quality of the food they serve to their customers.
I understand that restaurants can have bad days, but this is something I can't ignore. I have been a loyal customer of Panda Express for many years and have always enjoyed their food. However, this experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to their brand.
I don't want to miss out on their food, but I also don't want to continue eating poor quality food. I hope they take steps to improve the quality of their food and ensure this doesn't happen again.

I visited this location for the first time and was initially skeptical when I saw the average rating of around three stars. However, I left feeling really glad that I came! The dining area was clean, and the service was speedy and efficient. They continuously brought out fresh food, and the manager was very pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend that others visit this location! :)

The portion is very small and not tasty. In other pandas, large portions are tastier

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. They offer good, flavorful food at a fantastic price. The food has always been fresh here and a good size portion. The employees have also been very friendly and helpful.
This chunk of fat was supposed to be teriyaki chicken. Look at their site. Tell me what this looks like. I threw it away. No taste. The fat...? I felt like puking

Me & my husband ate at Panda Express at Brickyard location today monday 7/8/24.
Had plate with half fried rice & half chomping with teriyaki chicken.
While eating note part of fried rice was hard & brown at the bottom.
Told the panda employee name Gayle about the fried rice.
She said to me " why I did not tell her about the hard part of the fried.
I said I just saw while I was eating.
My point is that panda employee Gayle should have just apologized & ask if I want to replace with another fried or chowmein.
Gayle is very rude to customer.
I would not recommend panda express.
Employee are rude & not friendly.
So disappointed.

Ok, I have always eaten in several Panda restaurants and it is really the first time that I feel so poorly served. I understand that they must do the job quickly, but it does not mean that just because it is fast it is bad! Working in this type of restaurant must be clear about its essence since service must be fast, effective and efficient! The dishes must be served in a good and equitable manner, what I mean by this is that at least meat with broccoli must be balanced and no more broccoli than meat unless it is the client's request, be aware of the drink vending machines since 3 flavors out of service and they are flavors of popular drinks!! Pay attention to those details
