Kind and attentive employee
I visited this location over the weekend, expecting it to be crowded and messy due to holiday shopping. To my surprise, it was very clean, and the service was fast. The highlight of my visit was an employee, Wang, who went above and beyond. When I sat down, I realized I’d forgotten a straw, but before I even got up, Wang handed me one. He was incredibly attentive, offering napkins and straws to others and keeping the soda fountain spotless. His dedication really stood out. Kudos to Wang!

I usually don't review chains. They are what they are. HOWEVER, when they don't deliver what they promise, I have to say something.
I online ordered a plate with two items. I walked to the location before the ready time and was expecting to wait a minute or two for the order.
When I arrived, I was told one item was not ready. I RECEIVED A TEXT THAT MY PLATE WAS READY WHILE I WAS IN THE LOCATION. But no... I had to wait another 20 minutes for teriyaki chicken. The place was NOT slammed. I didn't realize that teriyaki chicken took so long. It was obviously NOT a priority.
I usually really like Panda. This location is a bit below standards.

I recently visited a Panda Express location and had a mixed experience. While the store was clean and well-maintained, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. When my colleague and I entered, we weren't greeted, even though other customers who came in after us were acknowledged. It took a long time for our order to be taken, and I noticed other customers experiencing delays as well.

Due to this, I decided not to place an order, although my colleague went ahead with theirs. It's unfortunate because I had hoped for a better experience, but based on this visit, I don't think I'll be returning to this location. The customer service definitely needs improvement.

May be the last time I ever visit this location. We stopped in for lunch and both my mother’s and my stomach got upset afterwards. Food quality was not good and half the food stations were empty.

zay, the girl named like that who serves... she treats customers very badly, she rudely told us to stand in line 2 times and wait... then they gave us the wrong food and she touched my wife in an abusive manner to take away a dinner plate that they gave her … I am a panda client once a week and I will never return again thanks to this girl

What's with nobody here wearing gloves when they serve you? One time a lady took payment then immediately started trying to serve me food. I had to ask her to wear gloves. I don't want you handling someone's dirty cash then touching my food!
