Tried Panda Express for the first time and walked away disappointed.
The woman at the counter was openly rude, like she didn’t want to be there at all. The food itself was extremely oil, far beyond what you’d expect even from typical Chinese takeout.
The only thing that tasted decent was the orange chicken, and even that isn’t enough to make me return.
Overall, a letdown.

The food is cooked perfectly, hot, rice came out not burnt but I just have one problem with their customer service.
They don’t have chopsticks, 🥢 maybe for some that’s not an issue but I know how to use them so I want to use them, they don’t give them out because what they told me was “kids played with them”
That’s a problem with parenting, I want to use chopsticks
I don’t care what some other kids did to ruin it for everyone else, give me the choppys

They get a star for price, but that's about it. They have a skeleton crew, service is extremely slow, and they never have enough food. They're frequently out of menu items, and the portion sizes are frequently much smaller than normal. It's not worth coming here any more.

There are very few dishes, not fresh, many dishes are left at the bottom of the plate, and no new dishes are given! The portion of dishes is small, the rice is too hard, the rice is not good!

Disappointed. I come here often on my break. They are training people which is okay but it took half my freak to get through half the line ( 4 of us) wont be coming here on my break anymore since fast service and missing my break is a risk. I’ve worked at restaurants liek panda before I know this is not the standard.

One of the best PE locations I tried. Food is fresh. Price is reasonable.

My first time trying panda express. My expectations were pretty low so I would say it tastes pretty good if I want a quick and fuss free chinese takeout fix.

very friendly staff
This is a safe clean place to eat the prices are reasonable if your on a budget for a full meal one person 10 to 15 bucks but they sell a family bundle deals 30 to 35 for 3 to 4 people. The food tasted good and is close to alot of stuff. Workers are pretty fast and friendly. I give this a A1 if your hungry and worried about eating a stray Cat 🐈 elsewhere. I posted one meal out of 3 we ordered $10 so you cant go wrong and we couldn't even finish it.

I had a very disappointing experience at Panda Express. The person who attended us was consistently rude throughout our visit. From the moment we approached the counter, her attitude was unfriendly and dismissive. She seemed irritated by our questions and acted like we were bothering her. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should never feel like a burden. Definitely not coming back to this location.
