I did not get all my food so I will not be ordering from this place ever again. It is not worth the money!!! This place sucks!!!

Love how fast and friendly the service is during lunch rush. There are so many dishes to choose from; today was chicken! The crispy almond chicken is so good; a light sweet crunch on the outside. Tender, juicy white meat on the inside. Served over the green vegetable medley which includes steamed cabbage, kale and broccoli.

Just ordered online and waited for my order to get here and over a half hour later, they cancelled my order with no explanation and won't pick up the phone to clarify what happened or guarantee my money back. Like they're open right now come on.

My experience was that I was waiting in line for 10 minutes to place my order and the manager named Camilla let a white woman just walk up and she stopped what she was doing to fix this woman's order. It should not matter if the order was placed online because she had to stop to fix the woman's order, ignoring other customers that were waiting to be served.I work in the area and usually came to this location a few times a week but that stops now. You can thank Camilla for your company losing a customer.

Got home and found 1 piece of beef in the beef and broccoli and the shrimp container only half full (+ they charge an extra $1.25 for the shrimp). Last time I was in, there was a pan-handler INSIDE the store, right up in my face. When I complained, they just shrugged. This place is a dump and a scam.

I dine in this great spot from time to time! This is my favorite spot to have a bite. I visit this spot regularly. The cooking is great, the staff members are polite and the charge is fair. I like going in this place for a decent dinner.

So I purchased a $50 Panda Express E-Gift Card at Amazon.com (see photo). I go to the Panda Express they do not accept Panda Express E-Gift Cards. Why would Panda Express sell E-Gift Cards at Amazon.com and then not let you use it? The Amazon seller even says it's sold by...you guessed it Panda Express themselves! I wish I read the reviews at Amazon.com before I purchased it, and so many other people are having the same issue. The cashier even said something along the lines that I probably have this E-Gift Card because I got it at a huge discount. I did get a discount, but it was an AMAZON LIGHTNING DEAL when they sold a $50 for $40. Doesn't Amazon lose out of the $10?! Amazon, shame on you for giving me a 20% discount. Also, WHO CARES if I got it for a discount or not. At the end of the day, this becomes a sale/revenue for the store, or are they recognizing revenue as soon as a gift card is sold because hey there's no way to use it right? Gift cards should be unearned revenue until used. Anyways the cashier gave me this "one time exception" and when she typed my gift card in, IT WORKED! Because it's a legitimate gift card that has "Panda Express Money" that can ONLY get redeemed at Panda Express. Can someone from Panda give me the remaining balance of my Panda Express Gift Card?! I can't use it anywhere else. Actually, I can't use it anywhere including Panda now! Lol. I refuse to go back to this shady company. I will goto Silk Road, Market Creations (Multiple Locations), 65 Express (Multiple Locations) to get my Chinese fast-casual fix from now on. Oh and also this is not the only Panda Express that does this (see Amazon Reviews). Also, who is the district manager for the Panda Express in Chicago Downtown locations?! Because this is not the only Panda Express in downtown Chicago that gives me crap. Every other location gives me this annoyed look when I pull this e-gift card, some don't know want to type the gift card in the computer, etc.

This Asian restaurant serves up tasty fast food with rice or noodles and the dishes you would expect. Tasty, quick, reasonably priced.
