This location is one of the better Pandas in the area. The staff here is nice and quick. Food is decent. I’ve had the new and limited time spicy shrimp and beef 3x (but from another panda) and when I got it from this location it was too spicy and that’s all you could taste was heat, not even the food. I couldn’t finish it.
I went there for lunch today and had a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and I especially appreciated that they didn't skimp on the portions. I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice bowl and was very happy with the generous amount of chicken. Everyone, from beginning to end, was friendly, and the establishment was clean. This was truly one of the best Panda Express experiences I've had in the downtown Chicago area.
