Came in at 3:45pm, the store is supposed to close at 5:00pm, and there was barely any food made. Roughly five trays of food were cooked at the time of arrival. The worker rolled her eyes when we asked to still get food. Not very impressed

They have workers but not many options like normal. This is all they've been doing for the past few days, y'all got to do better 🤦🏾

Would have preferred visiting with spouse. Got here after busiest hours, clean but no restroom for diners.
No disabled access button to enter or exit despite panda express popularity.

Orange chicken was not good today. Instead of pieces of chicken I received blobs of chicken. I assume when they fried it they just threw it in not caring whether it all stuck together. Good thing I had a knife at my office to cut it apart. Much better at the one at 520 N. Michigan Ave.

Located at downtown it can be sketchy at times during late night . But we got a take away composed of their kung pao , orange chicken , Beijing beef and that spring rolls. Ok for late night bonanza particularly after or before the theater show .

This particular location wouldn't be my first option.

I swear they make the "fried" rice here by mixing vegetables into brown rice and putting in a little vegetable oil. Absolutely not fríed, absolutely flavorless.

I know that it isn't authentic, but orange chicken just hits perfect sometimes.

They are trying to make me vegan - String Bean chicken has 20% chicken and 80% green beans in any serving size.

Iam not sure if I should go ahead eat the under cooked shrimp and get food poisoning than having to deal with Melisa because she is so rude & defensive, for the second time coming to this store people have no idea how to cook shrimp any more .. like I have to check my shrimp again before leaving the store and I showed it to her pink and rubbery and she told me it’s done but you should tell us you want it well done .. never did I have to do that for other Panda Express I buy shrimp form … super rude , lack of food safety training .. also I attached photos from the last time I had issue with their shrimp , it was stinky and not cooked fully and rubbery.... this time was just the sameLuckily I caught it before I left

A little stingy with meat. They don't have trays even when you ask for them. Not busy at all so a plus. Bathrooms are there but not available to use. No knive utensils, cashier hard to hear her. Place is clean so that's good. The vibe is not welcoming. This place could improve
