Ordered via app and no instructions followed and 2 entrees but only given 1.5 of my entrees . Word of advice please hire people that can read/follow instructions. Spoke to manager and he disregarded my complaints I’m sure it’s because I’m not the right race. Also rice is mushy and over cooked. Gone are the days when employees took pride in serving customers food edible foods. $11 for garbage

Service is terrible. Even when you call and ask them to add sauce for the spring rolls, they forget. Who eats spring rolls without the sauce anyways??

Just had the worst experience here. Waited a few minutes for a side to be ready which was absolutely fine. Put my order in and waited. Then my entree became unavailable, ok another 5min wait, annoyed yes but I'll wait. It took almost 25mins for them to sort my order. I had to check in after about 15mins as the staff hadn't given any update. I also confirmed my 3rd choice to be boxed, it went on the plate that sat on the counter for over 15mins getting cold while I waited for the entree to be ready. They weren't busy at all so it was really disappointing.Not one staff member apologized for any inconvenience and didn't seem to care about customer service. Highly disappointed.
